IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD! FIRST LETS START BY SAYING THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL! THE TWO LADIES THAT WORKED TONIGHT WHEN ME & MY HUSBAND WENT IN WERE JUST STANDING BEHIND THE BAR DRINKING DIDNT ASK US WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO DRINK! MY HUSBAND ASKED THEM ABOUT FOOD THE ONE LADY SAID THE OVEN IS BROKE SHE CAN TRY TO CALL MAINTENANCE BUT SHES NOT SURE IF HE WILL COME AND FIX IT STILL DIDNT OFFER US ANYTHING TO DRINK HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! THEY DIDNT APPROACH US WHEN WE WALKED IN! WE SAT AT THE BAR WAITING FOR HELP NEVER GOT HELP BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BUSY TAKING SHOTS IN THE BACK! THAT LOOKS BAD ON THE FRANCHISE! THEY DO NOT APPROACH YOU AT ALL WHEN YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR! NOT TO MENTION THE OVEN WAS DOWN AND I SAT AT THE BAR WAITING FOR SERVICE FOR A DRINK STILL NO SERVICE SO I GOT UP AND WALKED OUT I DIDNT EVEN GET A GOOD BYE! Machines are horrible. I went there maybe ten times since it was convenient, but I never won. In fact, I got destroyed. There is a decent selection of machines. Some server/bartenders are much better than others. The ambiance is pretty cool. They have a couple of pool tables. Arcade games. It’s a Dotties on steroids. Your Dotties card will work here.

My first time at a Bourbon Street Bar & Grill and it would have been ok if it weren’t for the bad customer service and lack of food that I liked on the menu. How do you run out of tortilla chips ♂️Ok into the good stuff, I liked the lounge area in from of the wall of tvs. The sofas were a nice touch and were very cozy and comfy. I’ve heard other locations were better so I’ll try one of those before never returning.

If I could zero stars I would! The skinny white guy is a complete creep!! He was mad that I would not engage in sexual conversation with him and proceeded to give me a hard time everytime I went there, the last time I went in he told me nothing was working no food and cannot take payments, I asked why is it that everytime you work nothing seems to be working? He proceeded to tell me I’m 86’d and that I’m trespassing! What a joke!

Had fun playing pool with my lady. The.air was clean, not much smoking, which is good. They have some fun games to play. However, they would be really great if they added an electronic dart board.
