This is by far our FAVORITE restaurant in San Antonio. We always order the same two dishes, Chicken Victoria and the Plank Cedar Salmon. We also enjoyed the jambalaya, shrimp, and chicken piccata. They start your order with some warm bread and cilantro dipping oil. It’s a must try!

Everything we had there is absolutely delicious. I didn’t get a picture of the appetizer we got. We got the alligator bites. Omg it was amazing. My husband had a shrimp salad which I also didn’t get a photo of. I got the jambalaya. It was a bit on the salty side but still was very good. My daughter the got the shrimp and sausage but substituted the shrimp with another sausage red beans and rice. She really enjoyed her meal and was raving about how good it was We also got the key lime pie….WOW…that just put the top of deliciousness over our whole meal. The price for the meals is very reasonable for the amount of food you get.
The atmosphere is very Cajun like. Very welcoming and clean setting. I thought it was very beautiful.

Atmosphere and service were very nice. I had the cajun pasta. It was so salty I couldn’t finish it. Really, Really salty. My wife had etouffe and it was excellent. They add 3% to the bill for credit, which is a little high compared to other restaurants.

We stopped here on a rainy evening and the warm bread and gumbo hit the spot. The restaurant was decorated nice with fitting Louisiana murals and theme. My boyfriend got the pasta which rated 7.5. I enjoyed the chicken and sausage gumbo and we both really liked the bread.

Phenomenal food that hits all the right notes when it comes to New Orleans cuisine. The Boudin sausage was tasty, the shrimp & grits were spot on with flavor, and the jambalaya had the right amount of chicken & sausage that was perfectly favorable. Service was great with bread at the table and water being filled without asking.

Had an annual post-Christmas day lunch with a group of friends. Excellent food and service. Shout-out to our waitress Devon who was spectacular. Would come back just for her. Lots of variety on the menu for both food and drinks.

Went for team lunch during work week. Lunch menu is reasonably priced under $20. Food was excellent, generous portions, and rather polished servers. I had parmesan shrimp which was delicious and plenty of medium sized shrimp. Others in the party commented similarly.

Service was great and the food was excellent. Some of the best gator bites I have had. The gator was tender and juicy with a nice dipping sauce. The stuffed shrimp were large, the stuffing was amazing and the sauce it was on had excellent flavor. The fries were shoe string fries which were cunchy and tasted great. My friend has the fried shrimp and oysters which he enjoyed. I will be returning next time I’m in the area.
