Busy fun place for a meal, staff were great, located in the Prestige Hotel. I enjoyed my Crispy chicken Sandwich my wife enjoyed here Eggs Benny. The prices were fair and we had some coupons related to our stay at the prestige.

I recently had dinner at Bourbon Street Bar and Grill and encountered some complications with the preparation of my steak. Despite requesting it to be cooked to my liking, it consistently arrived rare. This resulted in a very long waiting time, leaving my waitress understandably displeased. However, she took the initiative to voice the issue to the owner, and to my surprise, my entire dinner ended up being compensated as a gesture of apology.
Despite the initial setback, I must say that the ribs I had were amazing, and the wine selection was divine. The flavors and quality of the food truly impressed me. Moreover, what truly stood out was the exceptional service and effort demonstrated by both the owner and my waitress (although I can’t recall her name). Their willingness to rectify the situation and ensure my satisfaction left a lasting impression.
Despite the rocky start to my evening, I would gladly return to Bourbon Street Bar and Grill for a meal whenever I find myself in Vernon. The commendable service, delicious food, and the genuine efforts made by the staff have earned my appreciation and trust. I am confident that any future visit will be met with the same level of care and commitment to customer satisfaction.

We ordered the seafood linguine, Bourbon Street burger, and jambalaya. The linguine was not fresh, and the beef patty of the burger had a strong, unpleasant odor. However, the staff were very friendly.

Staying in the hotel and went for brunch … no menu option just buffet and it cost $30 a person only offered eggs Benny, hashbrowns, sausage, bacon and pancakes plus turkey dinner that looked horrible …. Mediocre food with little no flavor. It was absolutely ridiculous for $30. I expect a lot more do better. 117.00 later unimpressed

Nikki was an excellent server, the food was excellent-Locally sourced Burbon St Burger and peppercorn fries and a NewYork Steak cooked perfectly. Finger 11 were guests in the attached Prestige Inn Whilst we were there. Top Marks Here!

Bourbon Street is my 134th restaurant, eatery, and café in Vernon.
It is attached to a hotel which means the prices can be a bit more expensive.
However, most menu items use more obscure ingredients than what you normally see in restaurants around town.
Chelsey was an excellent server.
I ordered Pad Thai. I asked if the portion size for $27 would be big. I was assured it was. Judge for yourself. I thought it was big enough.
After tax and 15 percent tip, I paid $36.23 for Pad Thai and two root beer sodas. The Pad Thai is almost like a pasta.
Overall, I enjoyed my experience here at Bourbon Street. 134 restaurants down; 20 to go.
