A truly exceptional fine dining experience. We came here on Christmas Eve 2025. Our server Danielle was warm, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and attentive. She truly elevated and enhanced our dining experience. We also wanted to acknowledge the water staff who constantly kept our water goblets full. He never missed a beat with his water pitcher. What I also appreciated is that even when the restaurant got busier, they were still able to maintain a good pace of service for our table. Each and every staff were professionally trained. Every dishes were beautifully crafted with bountiful details, perfectly seasoned and served at perfect temperature. This is definitely an upscale restaurant which food and wine connoisseurs will appreciate. We loved this restaurant and highly recommend it.

Highly recommend! The ambiance is great, decor is inviting and food is 10/10! Martha was our server and she was nothing but exceptional. She recommended the hamachi and truffle bread that set the tone for the night. The ribeye was very juicy and the broccolini was flavorful. I’ve been to many steakhouses in Las Vegas and so far this is my top! Can’t wait to come back

Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons Las Vegas absolutely blew us away. From the moment we arrived, the experience was outstanding.

Our servers, Nate and Martha, were incredible warm, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. They made great recommendations and took such good care of us all night.

The food was unforgettable. Our favorite starters were the Hamachi Tostada and the scallops, both were beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Our filets were cooked perfectly, exactly as ordered, and were some of the best we’ve ever had. And Michael Mina’s take on creamed spinach was such a fun surprise — rich, elevated, and completely addictive.

Every detail, from the service to the ambiance to the food, was top notch. This was a truly memorable dining experience, and we can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

The atmosphere was incredible — upscale but still comfortable — and our server couldn’t have been nicer. They struck that perfect balance of being friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever hovering.

They started us off with their signature duck-fat fries, which are every bit as good as everyone says. We also ordered the black truffle brioche, which was rich, buttery, and amazing, and split a classic wedge salad that was crisp and perfectly balanced.

For my main course, I had the 8-ounce filet mignon, cooked exactly how I like it, and we shared a side of the baby loaded baked potatoes — one of my favorite bites of the night. Everything was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection.

From start to finish, the whole experience felt special without being stuffy. Definitely one of the best meals we had in Vegas and worth every penny.

Atmosphere is very nice, in the Four Seasons. Shrimp cocktail was one of the best I’ve had. wagyu ribeye was very good, cooked perfectly and tender. The desserts were the star of the show, the beignets were so good! Waiter was very good and entertaining and the wine was excellent.

Our dinner was incredible! Food was delicious, starting with the tuna amuse and ending with the desserts. I had the short rib agnolotti and will be dreaming of that sauce! The service team was really good, jack was a delight and explained the menu well. The runners also did a great job and were unobtrusive while still giving a nice description of each dish.
We celebrated my husbands birthday with our 2 and 3 year old girls, I appreciate how sweet you were with the toddlers. They aren’t the easiest patrons but everyone went out of their ways to accommodate them, the kids menu was great. The inclusivity is nice, especially when a lot of steakhouses in Vegas do not let kids under 5 dine. Definitely a memorable experience and will be back!

Phenomenal dinner I had with a group of foodie friends on a Thursday night with the party of six, we had a tomahawk steak and a bunch of appetizers, including some Wagyu that was seared at the table, and I ordered a short rib pasta, and a Caesar salad salad to start and we had some baked potatoes and some broccolini, and it was absolutely superb and the service was impeccable with professionalism, and the vibe was great and it was buzzing in there and the memorable Tomahawk presentation was big time exciting so yes, definitely come here for a regular casual and dinner or a special occasion. It’s absolutely superb and don’t forget to bring your wallet because it’s not cheap so thank you and great job and I’ll be back.

Executive Chef Joshua Smith of Bourbon Steak Las Vegas had guested at Sparrow+Wolf’s Bar Snacks back in May 2025. I had liked his dish very much so put the restaurant, housed in the former Charlie Palmer Steak spot at the Four Seasons, on my list. Finally had dinner there in November.

Not the fault of the restaurant, but it was a harbinger that OpenTable hadn’t issued my reservation to Bourbon Steak’s system until 15 minutes after I arrived. After taking a turn around the floor, the hostess regretfully informed me that only bar seating was available anyway. Bar it shall be then.

Drink
Josephine ($24): A very likable drink, light balance between zest and sweet. Contrary to the illustration in the menu, the ice was in several cubes rather than a single large sphere. Last third of the cocktail got a bit watered down from the faster melt.

Food
complimentary fries: Of the three types of seasoned duck-fat-fried spears and accompanying dips, cared for the truffled duo least. Those fries also tasted rather oily. The herbed fries and ketchup were very good, but my favorite of the three was the paprika fries/bourbon BBQ sauce pair.

Caviar “Twinkiee” ($55): A YOLO choice which, probably to be expected, led to regrets. To begin with praise, this appetizer was really delicious. I’d be able to overlook its (subjective) flaws if it didn’t cost $55. The caviar topping was not as plentiful as the restaurant’s Instagram had led me to expect, and the crème fraîche filling was almost completely liquid instead of at a firm creamy consistency. All in all a very expensive piece of cornbread.

Value: Nope.

Service: Pleasant when attention could be paid. However, as drink tickets kept pouring in, that attention was spotty.

Atmosphere: Red. And very loud, at least around the reception/bar area. Perhaps the main dining area better facilitates a more romantic setting. Or not.

I finally have made peace with the fact that I just do not vibe with any Michael Mina restaurants in Las Vegas.

Food was not good at all. It came cold. Low quality presentation. Steaks were dry. Branzino looked like somebody has driven over it. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant was not as Vibrant. The appetizers were good. The salads were good… I would not come back unless there’s a huge improvement on the vibe and the food wuality.

Had the most amazing Thanksgiving meal at Bourbon Steak! The pre-fixe menu was a unique spin on classic dishes, with the standout being the Turkey Wellington. The ambiance as well as the service is always excellent, and whether you dine here for a special occasion/holiday or on a regular night out, you will not be disappointed!
