We had an early dinner (4 pm local time) and got a seat right away. The service was excellent. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had the ribs, brisket, loaded tater tots and Jalapeño corn bread. The brisket was wonderful, well smoked and not dry. The bread pudding was exceptional

I had the country fried steak. The gravy was supposed to be country style gravy, but it was not. The chef needs to go to Cracker Barrel and learn how to make gravy. The greenbeans were not even cooked, just warmed up. If you are going to serve southern style meals, someone needs to learn how to cook them.

Literally everything on the menu is great! It’s crazy to think the best shrimp and grits I’ve ever had I found in Colorado. Growing up in the south, grits are a staple food. The smokehouse meats are all awesome! The staff is always friendly and their bartenders are top shelf! The atmosphere changes from the dining room to the bar area to the bourbon room. Great place for family, drinks with friends, or even a business meeting. I highly recommend the shrimp and grits, the Buffalo chicken sandwich, the smokehouse meats, and the dry rub wings. Oh yeah, make sure to leave room for the banana pudding, it’s awesome!

My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful experience here. We started with deviled eggs, which were to die for. We shared the brisket as well as the bacon wrapped meatloaf. Both were delicious! Our server, Alex, was very sweet and knowledgeable about the menu for us first timers. She kept our drinks full and made date night go seamlessly. Will definitely be back!

Went there last night. For me, Bourbon Borthers feels like a mixed theme of Sounthern, bbq, and an American contemporary restaurant. It is pretty unique in its own terms and concept.

Very nice place with a cool, modern cabin-like atmosphere. I ordered the grilled chicken salad. My friend ordered the brisket sandwich and fries. The food was served hot and fresh. The chicken was good, but it only came one piece. My friend enjoyed her brisket sandwich, and let me taste her fries. I’d return just for those fries! Whatever they’re seasoned with is very tasty! 4 stars for the waffle fries
