Jeremy, Reece, Nico at the North Annex bar were all were great! Jeremy had great service and was very knowledgeable about his liquor. Reece was a great host and Nico had great and quick service. I highly recommend. Food, atomsphere, service, ambiance.. everything was great. Visiting from out of town and heard about this place and would no doubt come back!

As soon as I saw the Doc Holliday painting when we walked in, I knew instantly that this was a cool place! It’s a classy cocktail lounge in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and just across the parking lot from the big sister restaurant, Bourbon and Bones. I love patio sitting atmosphere, but the inside lounge was just as gorgeous. We sat outside at the bar right along the main road and tucked back in our own little corner. It was a perfect little romantic spot. We ordered two drinks unique to the lounge, including a perfect combo in the Bourbon Lemon Drop. The bartender brought us a jar of complimentary bacon and it was mouthwatering!

Specifically reviewing the Annex next door to the main Bourbon & Bones. Unfortunately, the new management has really let this spot go downhill. It used to have such a great vibe last busy season, but not anymore. If you’re planning to spend $60–$70 on a steak and $15 on a drink, I’d definitely recommend going elsewhere. The energy is off, the staff isn’t the same, and overall it’s just a huge disappointment. The bar staff :

Great little spot in Scottsdale. Came in early Saturday evening for more of a classy place away from young’ens. Service was outstanding. Love the atmosphere. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Food was excellent… meatballs were amazing!! Highly recommend for a more upscale vibe with great service, cocktails, and food.

We only had drinks here but found the space very inviting. Great lighting and a very nicely stocked bar. Staff were very friendly and had great suggestions for drink options. Tables and booths inside and the bar area open to the outside. Patio seating with umbrellas. Recommended for upscale drinks in Scottsdale.

We attended for a Saturday brunch after the Farmers market, short walk and the place itself felt so fancy!
My friend got the strawberry french toast and said it was amazing!
I got what our waitress recommended – the bacon steak and eggs…. I misunderstood that it’s basically a chunk of ham, but it was prepared perfectly and oh so enjoyable!
We also each got a flight of mimosas …. Unknowingly until we sat at the table, the flight was only $1 with purchase of entree ….. SCORE!
I tried the different flavors of Strawberry, mango and peach mimosas … They served with edible glitter so it was so fun to enjoy a gals brunch !
We sat at a high top table on the outside of the bar, beautiful to people watch on Scottsdale road
They have a VERY large Bourbon selection, I just could not bring myself to it that morning at 1030 am , so I will be visiting again for sure!

Ashton was amazing! As a server assistant he went above and beyond and I am appalled to hear he is not a server. The attentiveness of himself and the rest of the staff made all of the difference. Ashton is the reason I’ll return. Great service and wonderful atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!!!

Very beautiful bar with absolutely trash service and prices. We went for a single drink half an hour in advance of closing. No one was at the host stand so we assumed we could seat ourselves. Our server rudely commented on us doing so, even though there were no signs telling us otherwise. A man introduced himself as the assistant server…odd.
We ordered drinks. The beer menu was terrible and I found a mediocre overpriced beer. My friend got a cocktail. The waitress asked if he wanted an ice ball. Out of curiosity, he said yes. The ice ball took up most of the glass…see the picture. The drink tasted fine, but he got like 3 sips.
While we were drinking, the “assistant server” came over and wiped off the other side of our table. Mind you this was still 15 minutes before closing. He then came back 5 minutes later…and wiped off our side of the table!!! As we were sitting there. This was the rudest service I have ever experienced (owners/managers reading this feel free to review my profile, I’m not one to claim this without reason).
Our bill came and the overpriced cocktail had an up-charge for the ice ball. Our waitress claimed it was a fundraiser for men’s prostates? Again, this was not mentioned or on the menu.
The only redeeming thing was the nice vibe.

Crazy how expensive it is but with the live music I guess you’re paying for some of the show. Food is good Service was a bit slow and she wasn’t very friendly with our group.
