Atmosphere, food, and service was amazing! Drinks: Haymaker (rye, espresso liquor, coffee, honey), All Fall Down (brandy, lemon, orgeat, spiced pear liquor, angustura bitters), and Pickle Backs (pickle juice had a perfect spicy finish) ❤️ Food: Asparagus fries, deviled eggs, chicken and waffle (THE BEST), and duck fries. Food and drinks came out fast, everyone was friendly and gave great recommendations for other places to visit in the area, and loved how unique and delicious the food and drinks were. 10/10, SO good!!!

Alpha Gal great experience! I called about 36 hours ahead to ask about my allergies and was treated so respectfully. I really appreciated the questions for clarification. When we got to the restaurant, the entire staff was so welcoming and excited to be helping me! They recommended food and provided suggestions for modifications to meet my needs. The food and service were outstanding. I can not recommend them enough! Thank you so much for making the graduation meal about the grads not my allergies and your difficulties! 5Star!!

Ordered the chicken and waffles (the smaller portion) and the should definitely be clear that it’s 1/4 of a waffle and a nugget. Literal waste of money though it was a 10/10, the price is outrageous! I would say to buy the full dish, but I think that was close to $25/30? And I’m unsure if the portion would be worth it.
The crab deviled eggs: 1/10 I definitely don’t recommend this dish. There’s barely any crab- as a whole it was very bland and they put corn on it .
The Kobe dish? Was good as well 8/10. Again, be mindful of purchasing these small plates they love to advertise… it’s not worth it (portion wise).

This place specializes in small plates (tapas). I am pescatarian and I was able to find a number of dishes that looked good. I got three small plates: the asparagus, the hummus, and the Brussel sprouts. I also got a Balvenie bourbon (but of course). The asparagus was the best of the three dishes and all of them went well with the bourbon. The pricing on the food was reasonable. The pricing on the bourbon was disappointingly high.

Stopped in from out of town, looked for a local favorite and this place didn’t disappoint. I had the big boy plate of waffles & chicken. Flavor and seasoning was spot on. Finished with desert, had an old fashion. Wide selection to choose from at the bar. The bakery was closed, I wanted to sample one of each on that menu too. Highly recommend this place if in town.

It’s a unique place to eat and drink, has more of a culinary experience type of food atmosphere, meaning it’s not your typical food selection of menus, but I think anyone could still find something that they would like. I always love the American “Kobe” Slider, the burger has a delicious taste and the condiments they use with it is just sooo tasty. To me, this burger doesn’t have the same boring taste as your everyday burger does and that’s what I like about this place. They have a fine dining vibe to the food they put out. I always love going there, also the staff are very friendly and easy to converse with and make the experience worthwhile.

Fairly good place. It’s more of a bar which means annoying music and dark environments. We ordered 10 small plates and culinary experience along with a skillet cinnamon roll. Overall it’s more of a bar with some fairly good foods. Of all of the foods we tried the chicken and waffles were the best. The hot sauce is a nice touch.

First time I’ve ever been there suggested by a friend. Selection of bourbon outstanding enjoyed every part of the service our way staff was courteous, prompt, and did exactly what we asked of them. The food was excellent and not pretentious. It will be a regular stop for me in the future

When we arrived, there were seats at the bar and an open booth, but the hostesses put us in a wait-list, making us wait fifteen minutes to eventually be sat in the booth that had been open the entire time. We ordered cocktails while we waited. Once seated, it took an additional fifteen minutes to get the drinks we ordered before we sat down. Bar service is slooooooow. Our lovely waitress also informed us that the bar provides water, so you have to wait for that too because the servers can’t get it. The cocktails were delicious. The food was decent but not great. We had shrimp etouffee, shrimp and grits, asparagus fries, and chicken and cheese dip. The shrimp and grits was our favorite by far. I cannot remember the name of our server, but she was excellent. Quick and courteous. Apologetic about how long the drinks took.
