Used to order all the time, so I know how they make their food here.. placed an order well over an hour before they closed on 8/25. It took over 45 minutes to deliver what was ordered 10pcs sweet chili wings all flats & mozzarella sticks. They arrived around 11:30ish with my food, when opened the food I noticed I was given breaded chicken wings (not all flat) with sweet chili sauce on the side.. not how they make their food. Also, my mozzarella sticks did not come how I am used to getting them from here + no Mariana for my mozzarella sticks. I tried calling back immediately 3 times (no answer). I went in the next day explaining what happened, the guy working said he could not process me a refund without the owners approval, took my name and number and said I would be called tomorrow. After 4 days of hearing nothing, I call again and explain my situation once again. I was placed on hold and was told the owner will call me tomorrow, once again. It now, has been 6 days since that phone call and I have yet to hear anything. Had the food been good enough for me to eat I would have just took the L, but to spend on food I didn’t even touch & then continue to get the run around and be disregarded especially as a returning customer for years it’s very disappointing. Will b disputing with my bank since I got nowhere with u guys & won’t b ordering again

I had an amazing experience at Boulevard Pizza! While the pizza was fantastic, I was truly impressed by the delicious salad and perfectly crispy chicken tenders. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. Highly recommend trying these dishes—definitely a treat for both the taste buds and the appetite

This is the most dry, unappetizing and flavorless Alfredo I’ve ever had. They heard “extra sauce please” and decided to add concepts of sauce to the noodles. This is an Alfredo-adjacent dish, the cream was present in the same vicinity at the time noodles were boiling and that was good enough I suppose.

Ordered a large pizza half cheese half pepperoni and sausage. An order of onion rings . He says $30
They charged me 2.75 for each meat when it was only on half the pizza then I get it there’s hardly any meat and the sausage looks like sliced hotdogs. I call he says it’s turkey sausage. If you aren’t advertising that then that’s not what people expect ordering sausage. It was gross . The price was ridiculous for what I received. Won’t be back . Sad pizza taste was not bad the o rings were good . But ridiculous to charge me six dollars for meat when on half a pizza then hardly add it . Won’t return .

Whoever was closing the 2 workers working September 18th we placed the order before close, they decided to take the payment ignore the order from the third party app and when I went I had ordered on iPad so did not have the confirmation so they lied said that they never got or made it but my money is still taken and the app says the store accepted and made the order and that it was ready for pick up when I arrived they said they were closed I stated I had already ordered and had to walk they lied and smiled in my face I just got home to add this picture of proof hoping the manager sees this and understands his two workers who closed on September 18th 2025 are not dedicated to their job and would rather rob customers so they can go home early! Thank you for robbing me like a corn!

Me and my fiancé would order am from this place because the food is normally good, but we placed a delivery order and once we received the food I found a piece of plastic in my food as I was almost finished with BLT Panini, NOT ONLY THAT!!! But my fiancé ordered a 30 piece BBQ wings and they gave him BUFFALO wings, not what we paid for!!!
If you’re considering ordering from this restaurant, make sure you check your food for plastic and or any other things that may harm a person, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had with this restaurant

This is not acceptable quality. The pizza was a literal pun left. It was a watery floppy and rubbery mess you couldn’t even pick up. Owners blamed the requested extra mozzarella being “very watery” and blamed us for the way it came. Way to cater to the local and lose customers. Rude and rather than try to fix their mistake they’ll blame you and give excuses. If 0 stars was possible this would be it.

The Greek Salad had actual Greek olives. That and the Delivery Man were the only good parts. I ordered a Hamburg, onion and pepper pizza and it was tossed as soon as the box was opened. Toppings burnt beyond recognition. The guy in charge, hum! Going to refrain from our conversation. I can’t believe they thought it was an acceptable pizza to sell. Where’s the pride in your work.

I went into the spot the spot was a little cold I did like the prices when I asked them to make me Italian sub the only put sal I’m ham on it they didn’t even know how to make a sandwich properly in the bacon that I asked for them to put on was undercooked
