I come here all the time, usually for their breakfast. Food always comes out absurdly fast and the portions are hugs. They are not exactly reinventing the wheel with their menu (classic diner staples with some Mexican dishes) but it’s always done excellently. The cocktails are amazing as well, they’re very large and strong but don’t taste too boozy. The Moose, the Bananas Foster French Toast, clams and linguine, and the salmon dinner are a must-try!

We got the turkey club with regular fries and the tuna melt with onion rings. The meal came with free sourdough bread and butter too. Everything I ate was a diner classic, but done very well. Could be pricy if you come for dinner though. I will definitely come again when I want a great diner meal.

Came here for a graduation celebration. We enjoyed the food here and the atmosphere was nice. Only problem was our server. He seemed really impatient but oh well. My family enjoyed their time and didn’t mind. We got calamari and the coconut shrimp and both were great. We also got to sit in the lounge since we were a large party and that was really nice. Parking is easy and we didn’t have to wait for too long. Overall I’d come back here again.

If you are looking for a chic, intimate, low-key swanky, LA-style diner, the kind of establishment Don Draper might’ve patronized with a side piece while he was on his west coast sh!t, the Boulevard Cafe is not for you. And that is OKAY. This spot is the classic no-frills Greek-American diner of my dreams (in many ways a real diner’s diner). I’d return for the vibes alone, but for what it’s worth, the food was pretty top notch too, and the wait staff never took their eyes off the ball. 10/10 no notes.

We are visiting from out of town and have eaten at a number of restaurants during our week in San Francisco. Hands-down, this is the best one we’ve tried! The Mediterranean Platter is probably one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. It’s not overly large, it has a variety of foods, and they are all so perfectly flavored. I’m so sad this is our last night here, because I wish we could have eaten here more than once!
