This is a painfully average place with painfully average food. Nothing had great taste. Nothing blew me out of the water, but nothing was god awful. The sour drink and the wings were the best part of the meal. The burger and the Philly cheese steak were nothing special. They tasted like a generic sandwich and burger. The fries were SALTY. Way too salty to enjoy. And the Maui drink smelled like bathroom cleaner, honestly. But the service was good. The waitress was very sweet and took good care of us. Overall, would not go back again if I had the choice, but wasn’t the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to.

This place was really good, the onion burger was really tasty. The chili soup was good. Also, their fry avocado type of fries was delicious. I really enjoyed the meal. My hubby had the fish and fries he really enjoyed that too. Teservice was good, and the atmosphere was great too. We will be coming back to this place in the future.

This was my first time to Boulder Tap House, and I was not disappointed. Going in the restaurant/bar has a similar layout as previous establishments, with the wood floors and interior creating a nice warm feel (especially on a chilly day like today). Being that it was my first time I wasn’t sure what to order, but it wasn’t a problem as the employees there were quick to give suggestions and personal opinions. After mulling over a few options I went with the Brown Sugar and Smoked Cheddar Burger, a popular choice amongst patrons. The burger comes with the usual fixin’s, tomato, onion, pickle, but it also was dressed with a housemade barbecue sauce that is a can’t miss, especially if you like barbecue sauce. I ended asking for a little extra, which the staff happily obliged. The meal in itself was excellent, as was my overall experience there. Great staff, nice place and good food, with daily drink specials and a variety of tap beers. Can’t wait stop in again and try something new.

Only highlight of the meal were the cheese curds with chipotle ranch – which were amazing! I got the onion burger (in the photo) and it was so incredibly dry. Along with that, eating the burger with the onion rings and cheese melted on top of the bun is difficult – I think it would be better for customers if everything was under the bun. He finished his burger but I ended up taking the patty off my bun and just eating the bread and toppings. My boyfriend ordered his burger medium and his was dryer than mine and kind of burnt. Despite picking my food up at 8:34 (the online ordering service told me to pick it up at 8:33) the fries were pretty room temp and so were the cheese curds. I will say that the staff inside were very nice though when I went to pick my order up. That being said, it was $47 wasted. I’ve been here in the past and enjoyed it, but the last few times I’ve come it hasn’t been all that great.

Great experience with beer flights, burgers and wings. Little something for everyone and a changing beer list with new taps. Server was attentive to needs and constantly checking in. Cheese curds were massive so you didn’t get as much but very tasty

Friendly hostess made us feel welcome. Waiter was new didn’t know how to welcome customers. Our two burgers were raw. Very disappointing. We were offered new ones we declined.

Manager was serving orders. I can’t believe a manager would let a plate out with these burnt onion rings! There was no way he didn’t see they are burnt. They tasted horrible. When i was able to flag our waitress down, she apologized and got us new ones. (The replacement ones were really good)she even admitted they looked awful! The hambergers are ok, somewhat on the dry side. I think they pack the meat to tight before cooking them.

I’ve had better from this restaurant. pretzels were burnt. my burger was not what I ordered. tap house potatoes were plain. I ordered Cajun. it was take out so you find out when you get home. it’s like nobody cares anymore
