We came to Boulder Pho in Longmont for dinner and had an outstanding experience. We were seated immediately, and the host/server was incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive. Our drinks came out within minutes, and the appetizers followed shortly after—everything was hot, fresh, and delicious at the main course left me extremely satisfied.
The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, which made the whole meal even better. Overall, it was a tremendous experience and we’d absolutely recommend Boulder Pho to friends and family. We’ll definitely be back.
Also—their boba milk tea is exceptional. I get it at least twice a week, and it never disappoints.

Very good pho and vermicelli bowls. Definitely a better vietnamese restaurant than most I’ve been to. Large portions/fresh ingredients and our meals with appetizers came out in a timely manner. This place is absolutely delicious as we were both very pleased with Boulder Pho!

Had a long difficult day, it’s cold and dreary, and was welcomed with familiar and kind people. And the food was medicine for the SOUL! This place never disappoints. My usual favorites are the pho with tripe, tendon, and beef, sometimes the Vietnamese spring rolls as a side. While they are usually great and reliable, my takeout order exceeded my expectations. Their portions are VERY generous and ingredients are always fresh and delicious.

This is THE best location. I always get the hot and spicy beef noodle soup or rare steak pho, and I’m never disappointed. The staff is very friendly, quick, and engaged! I have zero complaints about this restaurant.

Our family, usually come here for pho (after tried any other places for pho in longmont, it was good)… unfortunately I have to give 2 stars today. Oh man…. you can tell when taste of the broth has a lot of MSG!! Also the feeling thtusty after that for hours later..its not secret asian food have MGS, but when its way to much…. its just lost the authentic. Also if restaurant as 5 start review & will give you discounts/ reward, its really mean something fishy….I feel people genuinely give a good review coz IT IS GOOD not for the discount.

Best pho! The broth is so authentic, full of flavor. The portions are huge. The staff is so friendly. They remember me when II walk in the door. They even remember what I usually order.
