Like you, we read the reviews and had to try this place for ourselves. We tried the Bomb Nachos, Truffle Fries, Chicken Sandwich and Mac N Cheese. All were excellent! We LOVE meat, and couldn’t tell the difference. The chicken sandwich was exceptional! We will be stopping by again in a few days, and will continue to update our review as we explore.

My wife and I have tried several vegan burgers here in Central Texas, and across several states where we’ve traveled, Bougie Vegan HAS THEE BEST BURGERS we have ever tasted! Even our non-vegan friends have approved! This is the SPOT!!!

Amazing. I tried multiple things and they were all great. The Korean Chicken BBQ Wings were the best thing I have eaten in a long time. They are vegan, and undoubtedly the best vegan chicken I have had in my life and that is saying a lot. The Mac and Cheese is also very good. The owner was extremely friendly, attentive and the service was quick! Amazing experience! I can’t recommend enough.

First time here and let me tell you I wasn’t disappointed . We had the Truffle Fries, Loaded Nachos, Avocado Hummus Taco, and the Harvest Burger. With a Hibiscus Tea and Mineral Water ( on the house). The tea was amazingly delicious. The owner and her husband are amazing, friendly, sweet, and fun loving people. And she’s an amazing cook. Definitely will be back for more. And was given a disco ball souvenir. Love you guys

We went hunting for vegan food outside of ACL and came across this food truck with a 5 star rating, so we wanted to see what it was all about. We were not disappointed!! Pictured are the Harvest Burger and Parm Truffle Fries. Not pictured is the Bomb Nachos that were too good to capture but all of these items definitely deserve 5 stars!

EXCELLENT FOOD!! We did have to call to see where they were but so glad we hunted them down. The lady running the truck was really nice and talked me through the menu. Went with the Ranch Burger with beyond meat and OMG AMAZING!!! The mushrooms and onions were perfect. The bun was delicious with crispy sesame seeds on top. Vegan or not, you’ve got to try this place!

Me being a meat eater and my wife being Vegan the Kolby wings are always a hit that taste exactly like bbq wings. Let’s not forget the jambalaya, macaroni salad and rolls were also bussin. The menu changes up so be sure to call or check website for more information. I’m never disappointed whenever we visit from killeen the owners are always so nice and the food is always hot and fresh.
