Good prices, decent sandwich/simple foods. Good atmosphere for a casual place to eat or hang out. Friendly staff. Sometimes they are out of stuff or the oven is broken so you can’t get hot food or things like that, but there are usually plenty of alternative options. Busy around lunch time but not packed late afternoons/evenings.

Laughable. Used kiosk to order. 25 minutes for my breakfast burrito to arrive. My beverage did not get delivered with it. Burrito clearly had been microwaved. Went back in to the counter to gather my drink only to find they were out. Offered me a different drink and the cash for the difference in price. Cleanliness was also a concern. Shambolic.

Food is good but service is lacking. Why have a self-service option that doesn’t have everything on the menu? Food was ready and I could see it but the server wouldn’t bring it. Don’t understand what all the craze is about. The bread is not fresh, the crust is not crusty, and the taste is of store-bought white bread in a bag — no sourdough flavor, or really any flavor at all. Furthermore, the lemon bar was not a lemon bar. It was all dough with a crust and icing on top. There was not enough filling, the filling was dry and took a backseat to the overload of soft, not flaky, flavorless dough. Majorly disappointed. Good Earth grocery store has fresher and better bread.

$11 dollar “french dip”… No sauce or other ingredients. Will not be returning to this or any other Boudin location. Service was aweful, the chain is clearly going under and it shows. Was good when I went pre-covid, but times have changed. Save your money.
