Really solid Craft BBQ spot. 3 1000 gallon offsets and a huge wood shed out back. I Did the triple plate with spare Ribs, brisket, and jalapeño cheddar sausage. I went with the slaw and Jalapeño Mac for sides. Everything was very good. The ribs were my favorite. Service was great and the staff were friendly despite being in the middle of a lunch rush. Definitely will be back! Kudos to the crew!

best BBQ I’ve had in the PNW. Love finding a place that has great smoked turkey without a gimmick. Good proportions. Brisket and ribs were perfect, flavorful & tender without being mush. Sides were fantastic, solid staples & fun ones. I wish the hot link had a bit more heat but otherwise a great experience.

This came up as one of the places we had to go for a good burger, but it also looks like they have amazing barbecue and brisket as well. We got a couple of the deluxe smash burgers, brisket sandwich and a Western smashburger. They were all good. The fries and the baked macaroni and cheese were also delicious. We want to come back and try other things on the menu. The next plan is to try the smoked pub Burger.

A Portland essential. Brisket Sandwich is incredible – melts like butter in your mouth. Fries are perfect. Smash Burger is also outstanding. Get the mustard as your sauce.
Also huge shoutout to the staff – they always have a line to the door and remain calm and friendly. And seem genuinely stoked to serve you. I’ve only ever seen 4 people on the staff and they have their system down, it’s impressive.

Stopped in before seeing a show. The place was out of BBQ because they got slammed during the day, but I’m thankful because I got to try the chili smashburger. Stars aligned, I astral projected as the taste of this burger collided with my tastebuds. I’ll be back. And I hope the same crew is working! The guy at the front desk was the MVP, great front man and an awesome shirt! I can’t wait to come back for some BBQ!

Hands down the best brisket we have ever had! Just phenomenal. The sauces are all excellent. The white sauce is a little spicy. The tamarind sauce is more classic. We also tried the pulled pork sandwich. It was good, but not fantastic. If you come here, I would definitely go for the brisket. Besides we did the potato salad which was good and the mac & cheese, which was also good. Again, and I can’t emphasize this enough, the brisket is what you should get. They do have parking here as well as the outdoor seating. There was quite a line on Saturday night and they were already sold out of many things by 5:30 PM. I would recommend getting there earlier in the evening or calling ahead and ordering takeout if you wish to avoid the line. It’s a small establishment And you order at the counter and then they bring it to you at your table.

The most amazing beef ribs I’ve ever had one of these Fridays. Had a client visiting from California and he wanted to eat some authentic BBQ in pdx and I must say this place did not disappoint. With everything we ordered, the portion was lavish and the quality of food and flavours were amazing. The weight and price of the rib might seem a bit steep especially after you order it as an addition, but the subtleness of the flavour the softness of the meat makes up for everything else. Some great local beers and drinks available. Good to choose the seating both inside and outside. Limited 5-6 car parking but ample roadside parking.

In the words of my 67 year old lady friend, this place is “orgasmic.” Came for the burnt ends (Sundays only) and left with my new favorite burger in Portland (smash burger). I absolutely love this place. And the guy that works the cash register is a true angel. No matter how busy they are, no matter how long the line is, no matter how packed it is – he always has a good attitude, never seems flustered and just treats everybody so well and makes you feel cared for. Highly recommend this place for the food and the service is top-notch as well.
