One word…. Phenomenal. … I hadn’t been in a while until today. Everything was delightful from the quality of food to customer service i received from the employees. The woman who took my order was very helpful in getting me more bang for my buck. I wanted some ribs and a sausage and chopped beef sandwich so she suggested I get the 3 meat plate, and she would give me some buns to make my own chopped beef with the meat. I ended up having leftovers to make my own mack and cheese bowl with brisket. Amaziiiiing. Full of flavor and a plethora of food. I got a nice size rib to satisfy my craving. A heaping load of chopped beef and some jalapeño cheese sausage. My sides were mack and cheese and other sides were chili. Which was savory. I spent a mearly 21 bucks for all that food and a large sweet tea. Def. gonna make it back sooner than later! I forgot to take pic of all the food but here is my brisket mack

Used to be really good. Hadn’t been here in a long time. Just picked up a brisket sandwhich to go. Literally tasted like they boiled the brisket. No smoke, no bark at all. Meat was tender, but had no bbq flavor. I was really disappointed. I won’t be going back.

This BBQ place is OK, unfortunately, that’s all. Got the brisket sandwich and a chopped beef potato. Potato and sandwich were fairly large portions, which was good but nothing really special. The restaurant itself was empty the entire lunchtime. Service employees kind of just went through the motions. Maybe be enthusiastic and tell me about certain dishes. Not a bad place just Average.

Delicious food and Outstanding Professionalism! We recently used Bottomless Pit BBQ for a Corporate open house and they were FANTASTIC! They provided a quote in a timely manner, answered all of the questions that we had, were exceedingly accommodating to our difficult requests/time frame, and were extremely prompt and responsive. In particular we needed 2 catering events on the same day. Several catering companies turned us down automatically because it was too challenging – one company even stated “we cant help because we spoke with our catering staff and they don’t want to work those hours”. Bottomless Pit BBQ was completely different and took on the challenge, knowing they would find a way to make the situation work. Because of their professionalism we booked them for our event and we were so beyond happy with our choice. Their food was beyond AMAZING and delicious! Everyone at the event was thoroughly pleased. In particular the rice was outstanding. Other benefits included – variety of package options. We selected Chafes, servers, no run out guarantee, drinks, 3 meats, etc. It was so nice to be able to customize to our specific need. We will definitely be using Bottomless Pit BBQ again in the future.

It’s my first time in Texas and I really wanted to try their famous BBQ. This place was close to where I was working, but some Google reviews gave me pause, so I’m here to set the record straight. This place is phenomenal and you know it when you walk in the door. The smell of good food, cooked right, draws you in. The hi Def menu makes you want to order everything they have. And the staff is friendly and fast. The food was way more than I could eat in a sitting. I couldn’t believe I got that much food at that price and then when I sat down to eat it, I couldn’t stop. This was the best food I have had in Corpus Christi. If you’re in town, make sure you stop in.

We had a catering for a baby shower, and we ordered 2 trays of brisket, a tray of chicken and sausage with bean and rice. They also provide barbecue sauce, pickles, and onions with sweet corn bread. The food and the delivery were excellent and on time. You could smell the smoke flavor when they took the meat out of the carriers. The meat was tender and tasty, and we had leftovers. The best barbecue and reasonably priced. Sorry, I forgot the pictures.
