The BEST coffee in Oxford! Strong, dark, and fresh. Not open every day or all day so look up the hours, etc. In house pastries that will sell out early so go early. This is a small, hard working bakery so expect lots of activity and the occasional “bakers flair”. I truly enjoy Bottle Tree on my visits..even got lucky and met Cynthia the owner on one of the stops. Y’all grab a bag of coffee to go!

4.5 stars. Cute little bakery with a nice vintage eclectic vibe. The selection covered all the bases, but I wouldn’t consider it extensive: bread, bagels, breakfast biscuits, croissants and other pastries. They also have a variety of drinks including coffee, hot chocolate, and fancy juices. My food was excellent, except the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was somewhere between room temperature and warm. I wish it had been hot. My wife found her croissant fantastic. In short, it’s a great place for brunch if you just want something simple and tasty in a calm atmosphere.

This place was amazing and me and my family enjoyed it so much, we ordered a ciabatta, a bagel sandwich, a eclair, a bagel with cream cheese and it was all sooooo good can’t wait to come back!

A lively community gathering spot that’s packed on Saturday mornings but you can still get a table quickly. Great fresh-baked breads, bagels, and pastries with typical cafe menu offerings at very affordable prices. Just off the main historic square. Glad we decided to stop in for coffee and tea!

It is ashame that employees can ruin a good thing. The pastries at this neat little bakery are good as well as the coffee. However, the rude employees, especially the older lady turned me away from this place when she was not allowing patrons to set down to eat and then snatched up a child’s food while he was trying to eat. The young guys behind the counter had the attitude that they hated their job and did not care if you were there or not. I would hope the owners would look into this before their business is ruined because of bad attitudes.

Didn’t love the coffee but the baked goods are out of this world. Staff are super friendly and personable making everyone feel like a local even if you are from out of town. I aspire to become a regular here.

The food was absolutely delicious. The croissants were probably the best I’ve had in our state. It has a quaint atmosphere in an older, restored building. They still have an old soda fountain bar.
