We ate on a Sunday night and there was no wait. We got a chicken parm, a chicken fettuccine alfredo, and sausage arancini balls. We only got 1 arancini but it was pretty good and definitely homemade!! The chicken parm was good, but the cutlet was a little tough and the sauce could have used a little more seasoning. The fettuccine alfredo was the best thing we ate! The bottled water was almost $3 and we weren’t really expecting it to be that high but it was one of a very few options for something to drink.

Absolutely terrible experience. I have been there twice and waited a while both times. The food is good but the system and service is the worst of any place I have ever been to. Everyone in there waited for over 2.5 hours. I started to tell people who walked in that they should leave. You only ever received your food if you went up and asked for your specific meal. There is no good ticket system. They kept taking orders, but never handed out any food. There is one person in the kitchen and one taking orders. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. This place should close down.

I have been eating at Bottega Fiorentina for about 15 years, the quality is so good and flavor of the Italian dishes is delicious. The bottega is casual, but it is a beautiful place to eat alone or with my family. The dishes are ready in just 10 or 15 minutes. I must mention the delicious desserts, especially the tiramisu. I highly recommend Bottega Fiorentina for anyone visiting Brookline.

The boglonese was extremely acidic and tomato-heavy, and both of the people working seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else. The bread was ok, but dry, and there was no butter available. I get that the prices are low, but i paid nearly $20 and i couldn’t finish my meal because the acid upset my stomach almost immediately. They have a good selection of Italian-import products, but a little pricey.

Ordered a Carbonara but received something else instead. Asked to change but was told food was already made. I was fine for the wrong order but the Pasta wasn’t tasty as all. Tasted like acidic tomato, unflavored and watery. Sandwich was fine, coffe was very watery with no coffee and oatmilk flavor whatsoever

The shop serves coffee but they’re not really coffee. We ordered two iced Americano, which came out to be different colors, and tastes just like water. A hot latte more like diluted skim milk. No coffee taste, no milk froth on top, and already spilled when we got it from the counter. We didn’t try any food there but I would imagine the same poor quality as their “coffee”.

A quaint place to grab a great bowl of pasta! I’ve been craving fettuccine Alfredo and came here because of the high star rating. The pasta was definitely delicious with perfectly cooked noodles. The pepper added a bit of spice (not spicy per se but more flavor than just cream and cheese). I wish there was a bit less pepper to let the cheese shine more, though. I got my food quickly (within minutes!) and had a great meal.
