Friendly staff and waitress that was very attentive. They sang happy birthday for my parents which was great. The food itself was good but wasn’t the most authentic Brazilian. Good portion sizes though for the price! And great desserts!

Boteco VIP was delicious! The food was full of flavor and the portions were generous — especially the burgers, which were huge! It’s a bit on the pricey side for a lunch visit, but at least the quality of food and amount of food you get is good.
My husband ordered the Feijoada, a unique and traditional Brazilian dish, and it was excellent — definitely recommend giving it a try! (I didn’t get a photo of that one, unfortunately). I had the salmon, which had a crispy outer layer and the passion fruit sauce was very tasty!
Overall, a great spot for a flavorful and satisfying meal.

This restaurant is a gem! The atmosphere is chic and romantic, and you get a lot of DELICIOUS food for a good price! The service was very friendly and attentive! We ordered a sirloin steak meal for two and it came with doing food for at least 3 or 4 people. The rice and beans were some of the best I’ve ever had. The plantains were fresh and cooked perfectly. The French fries even had their own tasty twist and were perfectly crisp and fresh. The whimsical tree in the middle of the restaurant is a romantic touch and the lighting at night was perfect. And the music fit the mood perfectly as well! Locals- check out this place during the off season!!

Extremely pleasantly surprised.
While doing an event in Myrtle Beach SC we took a break and visited for a quick light bite to eat. Very pleasant atmosphere and server.
The food was extremely fresh with great flavor. I truly appreciate the fact that the food wasn’t salty and still had lots of flavor. The plating was nicely done and the portions are perfect. The restroom was clean .
Met the owner whom was extremely nice and very pleasant to speak with.
Strongly recommend seeking out this wonderful little Brazilian Restaurant.

I had eaten at Boteco VIP before and already knew it was a great spot, but this was the first visit for my wife and son. We stopped in before heading to see the Christmas lights on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, and it was a perfect start to the evening.
Boteco VIP is warm, inviting, and comfortable, with décor that feels intentional without being overdone. The holiday details were especially well done—the Christmas window display and the artificial tree in the center of the restaurant that reaches the ceiling added a festive touch without overwhelming the space.
The menu is diverse and accommodating, which made it easy for our family. My vegetarian wife had good options, my son was happy with his cheeseburger, and everyone enjoyed their meal.
Boteco VIP continues to deliver. It’s a great choice for families, date nights, or groups, and it’s a place we’ll absolutely be coming back to—and bringing more people with us next time.

One person in our party has celiacs, but does not eat seafood. It can be difficult to find options when eating out that aren’t seafood or salad. BotecoVIP had such a variety of options that were so clearly marked. It was not only a relief, but a delight!
We started with drinks and they were sooo yummy! They weren’t just the same old drinks you’ll find everywhere else. Not only were they delicious, but the presentation was beautiful. It made us want to come back and sit at the bar for drinks some time (something we’ve rarely done anywhere).
We ordered the fried plantains and the Pao de Queijo. We don’t usually order appetizers, but we couldn’t resist. Both were top notch, but the Pao de Queijo … chef’s kiss!!
Our table shared the Grill Boteco Mix. It was excellent, bursting with remarkable flavors!
Our server, Amber, was warm, welcoming, and attentive. She was personable and helpful!
