Exceptional food and service. Food plated and served within 15 minutes of ordering. Hot and fresh. Excellent waitress by the name of Emily that works on Tuesdays who shows up to give you the best Boston Pizza experience possible. Always a great time at Boston Pizza! We stopped in here on our way to Niagara for dinner and were pleased with the service and food. The pizza flight is a great way to try out a few flavours and the spaghetti with meatballs was delicious! Both huge portions!

No waiting to be seated. Ordered the Triple play ,and nachos. The waitress was pretty busy as it looked like was just her waiting tables. But she was very friendly and did her best. Our meal arrived quickly totally would order the triple play again. The Thai chicken is awesome, the bandaro bread, or whatever they call it, is very tasty. Nachos on other hand was not very appetizing, will not order again. We had beef added to it but there was not alot of anything really on it. More chips than toppings, weird taste. The cactus fries are always great as usual.
The washrooms were clean, but had very strong smell of urine. So quick in out for me. Lol
Oh ya and somehow the order was taken wrong and we ended up with spinach dip. No complaints from me, as I love this dish.

Our waitress Hannah was really good! Made sure our drinks were filled the whole time and nachos came out super quick so thanks to the kitchen as well!! The birthday brownie also made my birthday feel very special thank you!

The food was excellent, and the young man that we had serving was very polite and efficient. But upon entering the restaurant., and viewing our table, which was for 10, but very dirty and sticky. I asked three people to please clean the table before we would order it was finally cleaned, which was half an hour in before we can place our orders. I was not happy, nor the other eight people that were with me. But the food was good

Last night was AMAZING!!! We finished running the Tough Mudder down the road at Christie Lake park and came to Boston Pizza for some well deserved refuelling! It was pretty busy and we still got a table right away! The staff was on point and at the top of their game friendly! Water was brought at the snap of a finger and they returned multiple times throughout the stay to make sure we were taken care of! Now let me tell you bout the pizza!!! WOW! The TROPICAL CHICKEN was straight
Soooooo delicious and satisfying! A little kick but nothing crazy! My friend had the pasta and couldn’t be happier! There was even some live entertainment going on, on the patio! The washrooms were surprisingly clean for the amount of people coming in from the race! Good job guys! Keep up the GREAT work!!!

Absolutely dismal food. Ordered a medium pizza and two orders of wings for $65! Food was terrible, probably the worst wings I’ve had. I could go to fortinos and get better frozen wings. I’d also take a $10 dominos pizza any day over this. Think twice, before you spend your hard earned money here. It always blows my mind how low people’s expectations are, how this restaurant has the rating it does is a joke.
