Tonight I took my sports team in for dinner. We had a group of 19 people. For context, today is a Friday and there was a Mooseheads game. Extremely busy night for most businesses around the Scotia Bank Centre. I had prearranged meals and drinks for each person including any changes to their meals. We were sat immediately upon arrival. Tables set , drinks served at 5:30 PM and food started arriving the second everyone was sat. By 6:00 every single person has been correctly served and most had completed their meal. Hot & delicious food. Everything was quick, organized, efficient, and the service was done with an incredible attitude the entire way through from any staff that came into our section, to deliver food. Our main server was Sierra. She was exceptional. Cheques came out directly after meals and payments were also organized and taken quickly. We were able to disembark prior to 6:30PM. When I say that service was flawless, I mean it.
Thank you for allowing us to take our team in on short notice and give everyone such a great & delicious dining experience !

I’ve been a loyal customer of Boston Pizza for many years, and today’s experience has left me utterly disappointed. I visited one of their locations in Downtown Halifax during my lunch hour hoping for a great meal as usual, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Upon receiving my food, I found a hair in my dish, which is already frustrating in itself. What made it worse, however, was the lack of genuine concern or apology from the staff when I brought it up. There was no attempt to make things right, and honestly, I felt like they didn’t take the situation seriously at all.
As a long-time patron, I expect a higher level of service and care, especially when something like this happens. I’ve always chosen Boston Pizza because I’ve trusted their standards, but today’s experience has shaken that trust. I’m disappointed, and I’m unsure if I’ll return after this.
I hope they address these issues and remember what customer service is all about.

Food is hot and quick.. can’t ask for much more! The atmosphere is typical of a sports bar, nothing crazy but very clean and neat. Ella was our server and she was incredible. She took us through the whole menu and answered every single question we had in detail. Will definitely be back!

Boston Pizza on Granville Street has amazing staff and the servers treat you like family… Don’t forget they have a $15 lunch special Monday to Friday from 11am – 3pm that has a selection for everyone…The Managers are exceptionally attentive to everyone and everything that is happening. The food is amazing, it’s always hot, tastes amazing and is served in a timely manner. They have lots of TV’s and are always accommodating to turn on your favorite sport that your interested in watching. What an excellent place to hang out with Family, Friends or even by yourself, as everyone is so friendly!!! Stop by whether you are visiting or local you won’t be disappointed!!!

Been here two times, they took us in super welcoming, the waiters were really friendly and professional. The food rocked, like seriously it’s really damn good. The truffle burger was one of the best burgers I tried in my life, and to let you know, I tried a lot of burgers

Secondly Ambiance and comfort of restaurant space. Last but most certainly by no means least, staff customer service skills.Tonight there were no failures on any of these essential requirements
The first thing that impressed was the big wide smile and helpful attitude of my lovely server Catherine. She answered more than a few questions, helping me to make choices. I am partially deaf and she handled that admirably too. The food was very nice indeed. I look fwd to my next visit on a future trip to Halifax from Scotland
