Aaliyah did a wonderful job at helping us with the glutenwise options. She gave us friendly, fast and attentive customer service. The food tasted amazing, especially the Salmon Bowl-all of the flavours complemented one another perfectly. When we visit Kingston again, we will be coming back here.

Order was takeout. Got the Thai Chicken wrap, asked for no cilantro. Half the wrap was deconstructed in the takeout box, clearly had cilantro in it and they took most of it out (forgot to take a photo of this part). The other half of the wrap was still together and also had cilantro all throughout it.
Disappointed as it tastes like soap for me and completely ruined my meal. Other than that the food was fine.

Restuarant was very clean and nice atmosphere. Was greeted and seated right away. Ordered the Chicken Club with Garlic Parm fries, recommended by waitress as a side. Sandwich and fries were delicious. Will definitely order this meal again. Our waitress was very friendly and interacted with us.

I had an amazing experience thanks to my server, Taylor. From the moment we were seated, Taylor was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. They checked in at the perfect times, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Went for dinner with another couple at the Gardeners Road location.
The dining area was clean with a number of empty table (arrived at 6:30 on a Tuesday).
We were greeted as soon as we arrived, the server attended to us shortly after we were seated.
The dining room atmosphere is “minimalist”, not unfriendly but this is certainly not a cozy eating atmosphere. The bar side is about the same, just louder due to the music volume.
The food is “chain restaurant” quality. We had ceasar salads, chicken pasta, and a simple pizza. No complaints and no “raves” either – everything was “ok”.
Our server was new to thr restaurant which meant she had to double check with the kitchen & bar to confirm a few questions we had (which was no big deal), she was attentive cheerful and professional.
Price – inline with a chain “box cutter” place, am average of $25 each.
Would I go again? Yes if someone else wanted to go (which was the case for this visit), but for myself there was no compelling reason to return

Having worked in customer service for over 10 years, I can honestly say that the team at Boston Pizza delivers one of the best guest experiences I’ve ever seen.
The bartenders Marissa, Adriana , and Joey and others are absolutely phenomenal. They’re attentive, welcoming, and always make you feel like part of the BP family. Their energy, professionalism, and consistency are beyond exceptional.
A huge shoutout as well to Nelu and Rosinder, the amazing managers who set the tone for such a positive environment. Their leadership shines through the entire team — they’re always welcoming, approachable, and make sure every guest leaves happy.
