I Came into Boston pizza with some friends recently, I normally don’t write reviews but I had the most pleasant experience at the door that I felt it needed to be recognized. We were greeted by a lovely host named Scarlett! Her confidence and smile made us feel right at home. She sat us in a timely manner and even recommended her favourite appetizer. Which we happened to love. The service at the door was far more recognizable than our table service, which says a lot. if you ever get the chance to go to Boston pizza in Tsawwassen I hope you’re lucky enough to be greeted by Scarlett!

We always come to this BP and never had any issues but tpday was very bad.
My kids wanted to have a nice lunch at BP. So we decided to come here and we walked in felt very welcoming.
But when front desk asked how many people and asked leme go find a host I was like ok.
As I saw her walking to bar asking for host. A host from the bar looked at my kids in a very disappointing way which was not nice.
And later that host tells us 10 mins wait when it’ wasn’t busy.
My kids got very upset. And I didn’t like that at all. As we like to come here and enjoy, but at the same time we don’t like disrespect

As a whole the service the last year has been pretty pleasant and the food has been consistent. This evening however was disappointing, firstly we arrived an hour and a half before closing but it was clear the server was not pleased to see us, food was ok, was recommended the fish tacos, they weren’t my favorite but this is likely personal preference. Tried to order a dessert half an hour before close only to be told the kitchen was closed (no warning of kitchen closing or anything). Then got a to go box for left over food, but the server took the remaining appies before I could put them in the box so I was not able to take them home. Sadly this experience has really left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended) in regard to this location.

Disappointing visit. We ordered the spinach dip and it was honestly inedible — the texture and flavour were just off, and we couldn’t finish it. Service was fine, but the food quality really missed the mark this time. Probably won’t be rushing back. And no I won’t be emailing the auto AI reply as you won’t do anything about it anyway.

I’m writing this review to share a disappointing experience my boyfriend and I had during our recent visit to the Boston Pizza at Tsawwassen Mills (The rating should be a zero actually). We’ve always enjoyed Boston Pizza for its casual, welcoming atmosphere, but this particular visit left us feeling quite the opposite.
When we arrived, we walked toward what looked like a normal seating area. There were no signs, barriers, or indicators showing that the section was closed, so we naturally assumed it was available. As soon as we got there, the server approached us and immediately expressed clear displeasure with our choice of seating. His tone was passive-aggressive, and the way he addressed us made us feel unwelcomed right from the start. Instead of kindly letting us know the area wasn’t open, we were met with attitude that set a really negative tone for the rest of the interaction. Since, when do we start caring about which zone the customer sits in? The most important thing to understand here is, was that behaviour actually necessary?
We completely understand that certain areas may be closed for staff or operational reasons, but as customers, we can only follow what’s indicated. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Instead, we were made to feel as if we had done something wrong, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
It was disheartening, especially because we came in expecting a normal, pleasant dining experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as first impressions truly matter. A bit more communication and a more welcoming approach from staff would go a long way in improving the guest experience. I don’t think I would actually step into any Boston Pizza location from now onwards!

Great overall. Their pastas have big portion. 2 people ordered three dished and we packed the leftovers and had them for lunch next day.
I liked the Richard’s Red beer on tap.
The bolognese pasta with italian sausages was really good. Also the chicken caeser salad was so so good I would re-order this. The classic small sized pizza was okay. Lots of tables too!

Came here for dinner with my family. We were seated right away when we arrived. We had a party of 12 people. My daughter’s pasta was really runny with barely any noodles and when we asked about it the server, she told us that it was the last of it. So pretty much got the bottom on the pot stuff. I ordered the ribs and when I got it, did not look appetizing at all. It pretty much looked boiled and lighted sauced. It should have been browned a bit to make it look better. The wings we ordered were really good that were probably the best dish out of the whole dinner. The pizzas were decent nothing to special about them. My daughter loved the worms and dirt dessert. Boston Pizza has changed their menu and I think they are trying to upgrade their menu. The pizzas seem to be gearing to the more gourmet side. The pizza looked good but was lacking flavours. Not sure if it was the crust or the toppings. I would rate our meal as average. Think they could have done a few more things to make the meal experience better but failed in a few areas.

The service from the female host was incredibly immature and rude. Even though there were many empty tables available, she couldn’t manage the rotation properly and kept people waiting for a long time for no reason. On top of that, the food was a joke. Our pizza was stiff and dry, like it was a day-old leftover, while other tables were getting fresh ones. Even the people next to us pointed out how bad our pizza looked. We ate one slice and left with the rest because it was unbearable. Definitely the worst Boston Pizza experience ever.

The place and seating is spacious. Friendly service. Food is okay. Pizza crust is a bit dry. Vegan power bowl was tasty and filling. Unicorn lemonade taste meh. Kids love their food. I guess we will go back again just for the kids.

Fresh, fantastic! Excellent service, our server was totally attentive without being obtrusive, friendly, knew the menu, checked in at perfect intervals. Had the fiesta salad – flavourful, delicious; and the Thai chicken wrap (grilled chicken), just a hint of heat in the sweet Thai chili sauce, nice chunks of grilled white chicken and a bit of crunchy noodle. My new fave thing
