Let me tell you something, these people have better chicken than most and the girl in the drive-through was perfectly friendly. But if you order the cilantro lime rice just know this – IT IS SUPER Spicy!! Apparently it has jalapeños in it, an ingredient they don’t tell you about so part of my lunch I could not enjoy. I ordered the steamed vegetables and they were straight up cold. The rest was fine but def not worth $12

I thought I was sent bad food because they don’t have to see someone or they can’t bring it back to the counter. Then I read the reviews. Just BAD. The Mac and cheese had crunchy parts. How the hell is pasta crunchy??? Cornbread could have been used as a brick. HORRIBLE and will not come to this location again. Waste of money.

Why are the lights always off at this place when they are clearly open. From the big Boston Market sign out front to the drive through menu. The entire parking lot is pitch black. It as if they don’t want people to eat here. Also they are always out of chicken. I’m not exaggerating, the last 3 times I have tried to eat here they where out and had a 30 minute wait. It really sucks because I know the food is good.

I have had sandwiches that were pretty good. But I ordered online on a day they advertised prime rib. I also ordered a half chicken dinner. I received my confirmation. When I got there and waited in line. She said she had to cancel the order because they didn’t have the prime rib. She also said it would be 40 minutes on the rotisserie chicken. Wow, isn’t that what this restaurant is supposed to be all about? A call would have been the correct thing.

Worst meal I e had in years and I always loved Boston market. The chicken tasted stale, old,and even had a weird smell. Mac an cheese was disgusting as well. I normally love the cornbread so I ordered half a dozen… It was all gross. Never going to this location again.

Tried calling for 10 minutes or more, no answer. Husband got there to order our 3 pot pies, was told they had 2. Hubby asked why they don’t answer the phone, manager says they didn’t hear a phone call. I called while he was in the driveway (because they closed the dining room an hour early) and he didn’t hear a phone ring. So as I am telling hubby I will eat a rotisserie chicken plate & he told the manager he would take the 2 pot pies and order the rotisserie, she said sorry but an online order came in & now there was only 1 pot pie available!!! Are you fricking kidding! Online order got preferential treatment over someone there in person! I told him to drive away! Never again!

I love Boston Market even if is more expensive than other chicken restaurants! My only complaint is that don’t matter what day of the week I stop for dinner I feel like I’m bothering the employees! No smile no warm feeling no have a good day nothing! They have not been rude but not friendly! My whole family came in when their grand opening in the late nineteenth and it had changed a lot! I dare to ask for a darker cook chicken and a man in the back yell they are all in a timer! I know that, but before they will look without any problem! Today the bag was filled all messed up! If I didn’t rearranged it in the parking lot I would had a mess! Corn bread on the bottom 2 sides all crooked, then the chicken and the salad on top! The side meatloaf side way! Disappointed!

I have no idea what has happened, and if it’s just this location or all of them. But they are never open. No one ever answers the phone. They are always out of items. I arrived 2 hrs before close, and someone was putting up the seats in the dining room, and wouldn’t unlock the door. No one responded at the speaker or the drive through speaker. At this rate, just shut the store down and let a restaurant that will actually be open move in.

Service is always slow and service is not highly motivated. They rarely say thank you. Was hoping to use them for a Christmas order. Tried a pound of the Turkey, had no flavor and gravy was pretty bland. An order for three trays of Turkey breast was going to be $138.00. Not worth it for tasteless meat. Although the chicken there is always great if you get it fresh.

Used to be good but something went wrong somewhere. Mack and cheese was like WATER and noodles not cooked all the way. Chicken was extremely saltie and bloody in the middle not fully cooked. Mashed potatoes were good but that’s it… will never eat here again lost my business for good.
