I wanted to do a quick simple Thanksgiving without doing the cooking! I came across the Thanksgiving were open advertisement. I was a little skeptical but was very impressed with the organization that the store had. They had picking up for the Thanksgiving holiday pick up. And they had a separate for the catering pick up. I had an order for 20 people, it it took me 10 minutes from the time I walked in to walk out and have the food in my car and out the parking lot. Thank you to the staff who work that day an awesome job amazingly execute it truly made a difference.

We had a last minute change of plans on Thanksgiving and had to go with a meal from Boston Market. This was a great plan. Might not be Mom’s home cooked meal, but it’s pretty good and very affordable, and I was impressed with how smooth the operation was on such a busy day. They were clearly ready for the demand and there was zero craziness. It was calm, orderly, professional, and the service was excellent. Thank you for saving our Thanksgiving, Boston Market!

Fabulous
Leaving a review a few days later because I can’t get past how awful the food was. My family typically loves Boston Market however the past 2 times ordering from this location have made is so we will not go back again. The Turkey was dry and tasteless ( not to mention the pieces looked like scraps) and the chicken was really bland! The macaroni and cheese was so runny and had little to no flavor! Also the chicken noodle soup was flavorless with barely any noodles/chicken and the corn bread was hard! The chicken sandwich had a piece of lettuce on it that honestly looked better than the chicken. I threw away part of my meal as soon as the thought came into my mind that I had to add salt to make it bearable (mind you I NEVER use salt) it was so bad. The apple pie was decent, that’s it! This location shouldn’t be able to use the Boston Market name with the horrible quality food they sell!

I ordered meatloaf with mash and corn and I couldn’t believe how bad the food was. Mash tasted like bad instant mash, the corn wasn’t good and the meatloaf was bad as well. I remember many years ago Boston market was really good. Not anymore. On the plus side the place was clean and service was friendly

Disappointed

I visited boston Market in Aspen Hill Often, the customer service is normally good and the food is normally good. However today I ordered the meatloaf kids meal I was alerted that they are substituting meatloaf for meat balls. This happened prior and I was given three meatballs I got home today to feed my child to only discover it was one meatball.

I called and was told that’s due to the size they switch up the amount offered. I alerted the manager that should have been explained at purchase being I would have ordered something else one meatball isn’t enough to feed my child. I don’t think he understood the level of inconvenience this caused being he kept saying they make decisions due to portion size which varies. I asked why can’t that be explained he said that’s just something they don’t do.

My frustration is that no one should have to guess what they are purchasing every time they try to support a business. This is extremely frustrating for a mother who is now at home with a child who doesn’t have enough food. I would have purchased more if I had known.

Let me be a lesson to you all, check your order every time they are not consistent. Especially if you are purchasing for your child.

This Boston Market’s food was absolutely disgusting. Their mac&cheese was soup because it was so watery. Their stuffing was not cooked all the way, and furthermore, I ordered the Family dinner #3, which comes with a whole chicken in which I got a half. I spent $48.29 for a meal that isn’t worth a time. Save your money and go somewhere else for a meal.

First time to this store. First strike was no spinach.

I chose 1/2 chicken..breast was ok but wing had nothing on it.

This is not the Boston Market quality that I knew. Staff was ok but took a what you see is what you get..

If no one seems to care who do you complain to???

Visited this Boston Market early, before dinner hours and was pleased to see it well stocked and nothing looking dried out. I got a meatloaf dinner and the mashed potatoes, corn, and meatloaf was very tasty. Boston Market continues to be a good place for a home cooked like meal.

Boston Market has been reliable for comfort-food over the years. Recently it seems prices are going up and portions sizing down. The take out containers were changed to ones with very small vegetable compartments. I buy the 3-sides option for my mom but 2 of those are now tiny helpings. I’m disappointed at the trend toward re-making containers smaller (ice cream is a good example). Flavors are still good but I come here much less now.

This particular Boston Market had literally 2 people working. Clearly that is not what I consider understaffed, I would consider this being simply chaotic. With that said, the cashier did not know how to direct me on the Boston Market app. to pull up a coupon for a discount on 4 meals that I had purchased. No customer service to speak of, yet again.
Do not waste your time or money. Extremely aggravating and disappointing.
