Listen to the recent 1 star reviews. Do NOT spend your money here. The quality of the food has severely gone downhill during the past year. Have been here many times during the past few years- never disappointed UNTIL this week. I was just here earlier in the year- don’t know what happened (food chain supply issues, owner/staff not caring, business possibly closing down- who knows).
Wish I read the reviews before going. Never going back.
Food:
So mad I wasted $60 here to get food. I usually love the rotisserie chicken. It was bland, and very dry as if they left it sitting after cooking for too long. The creamed spinach had no flavor. The Mac and cheese was very salty and inedible. You are better off buying Kraft Mac and cheese and I don’t even like Kraft.
The cornbread was not even cornbread. It was rubbery, overcooked, cold spongy bread. Don’t know what I bought but it was not cornbread. You’re better off going to Acme for the chicken and cornbread or Walmart.
The BLT fried chicken sandwich was pitiful (slightly undercooked chicken, soggy breading exterior, no mayo or any condiment and no bacon either. They also had nothing but BBQ sauce and ranch available. I took a couple of bites and trashed the rest of the sandwich.
You’re better off going to Popeyes, KFC, Chick-fil-A, Walmart, shoprite. You would find better sandwiches at a school’s cafeteria. Anywhere else, period.
Appearance:
Should’ve just left after I saw how the food counter/operation was. There are usually chickens cooking in the ovens in the back- there were none. The sides looked sad and scarce. There were zero desserts out except for brownies (it was stocked last time I bought food). Half of the drinks in the soda machine were “sold out” same goes for the teas. There were only 3 utensils left out for people to grab. The seating area looked like a storage room.
I would give 0/5 stars if I could.

I have not had Boston Market in roughly 4-5 years. Let’s start off by saying if you walk into a restaurant and there’s only 1 visible employee and no customers…that should speak volumes. The young man behind the counter was pretty nice however this review isn’t about him. Boston Market has COMPLETELY fallen off. They were my favorite for their homemade mashed potatoes and chicken gravy. Today…what I got, my 11 year old niece could’ve made. The mashed potatoes…instant. There was no chicken gravy so I said I’d try the “beef” not only was it from a package it was very obvious that it was not properly cooked and they did not add the proper amount of water or beef stock because it was extremely salty, watery, powdery tasting. The “Mac and cheese “ unfortunately it’s on the same level as the boxed Kraft version that I used to eat as a kid but with more salt which is scary. The young man said they didn’t have the top crust for the pot pies so that wasn’t available neither was the mixed veggies and creamed spinach. There were no chickens in the rotisserie ovens. Not even the scent of food was in the building. I will say the 2 stars were because of the young man and the chicken was decent but Boston Market either close the doors or get your act together because this is nothing like the food I used to love. BM had the closest food to home cooked and that’s what I used to appreciate. Not this overly salty instant food that I could’ve made at home. If a manager was present I would’ve had some words for them.

I try not to leave bad reviews because that’s what everyone is quick to do. But I just picked up some dinner after a horrible day and the food was even worse. Completely dried out. Mash looked and tasted like cheap box mash, grave was extremely dry salty and burnt. The chicken was completely dried out and they gave me a piece of corn bread that resembled a thin cookie. I was so upset, I didn’t feel like driving all the way back, I just threw it in the trash where is belongs. What a waste of money!

Decided to give this place a try after not having it for years. Never again. They should’ve perfected cooking chicken but it was the driest thing ever. I’m pretty sure it was yesterday’s batch. No hot sauce, forks, or customer service. Avoid this place.

Do not eat here!!!! I drove 30 minutes to this location to get cold food and leather pieces in my food!!! Get all the way back home called over 10 times and there was no answer!! To get all the way back to the restaurant to be told the phone line is down!! I asked for a full refund of my meal for the supervisor on duty to give me 7.49 refund just for the spinach!! Who in there right mind that works in customer service would ever do that! I told him I wanted a full refund and he proceeded to tell me it was just the spinach.. and that he isn’t going to argue with me it wasn’t “his store” I don’t care who store it is if you working there you need to have pride in what you are doing and what is being served! I will never go here again! Check your food please!!

My girlfriend ordered food and paid which was facilitated nicely through Google maps but when I arrived to pickup at the given time found the doors to be locked with a printed sign on the door indicating the store was closed. The employees inside might have only been there cleaning up then but offered no response and never even addressing me at all, as to the different hours, if temporary, if my food was made, or about refunding us. So now I’m leaving to find dinner elsewhere and feel disappointed in this Boston market location. I’ve generally had positive experiences with Boston markets in the past and this is the first time I’ve felt confused, ripped off, ignored, and hungrier after a Boston market visit.

Just close this location already. It’s sad to experience it slowly dying like this. Ignoring the inconveniences outside of their control due to current shortages, this location cannot properly service their customers. Ice tea machine: out of service. Lemonade machine: out of service. Hi-C Fruit Punch incorrectly hooked up to seltzer rather than plain water. Air you breathe: (See photos) HEAVY MOLD all over the air supplies! Again, just sad. Spend your money elsewhere.
