Ordered a family meal online for a holiday gathering.
Everything was ready for pickup when we arrived.
Parking was easy and ample.
The food tends to be overly sweet and salty, but it definitely fits the bill!

I came to this Boston market twice. Today was my second time it’s literally only one person working she’s on the register, doing food and taking order on drive through. Her attitude is a slight bit nasty but this location is nasty. The chicken was DRY. She told me they had half a chicken I wanted a quarter that could’ve got cut. Cause if you have half you have a quarter. But these the images this a ghetto location. Please get at least one more worker. The meal don’t come with a drink either so idk how they consider THAT A MEAL BUT WHATEVE

Good Boston Market location. You can eat inside like normal human beings without a mask. The chicken quarter white tasted good. The mashed potatoes and corn were also yummy. This is the only BM location I know of that uses medium soda cups and has flat corn breads. The medium cups dont bother me since I can refill them for free. Would be nice if they offered medium cups at all BM locations and also reduced the price of the smaller cup sizes. The flat cornbreads are a mystery. This is the only location I know of that has flat corn breads. They still taste good though.

The diet coke however was 100% flat, zero carbonation. Maybe this is healthier, but drinking flat soda just doesnt taste that good. I drank it anyway, but would be nice if they refilled the carbon tank. Ice machine was also broken, but the employees did provide ice from behind the counter to help out.

Employees were fast and friendly.

Tons of parking. Free parking.

Music was not my style. They were playing some modern alternative pop. It would be nice if yhey played 80s music or classic rock.

Plenty of tables to sit at. But the table we picked was sticky. I tried to clean it with hand sanitizer and napkins, but the film of sticky material was too thick for me to remove.

Overall, I still enjoyed eating here. Especially since we can sit down and eat without masks. A lot of fast food restaurants are still not allowing eating inside even though the NJ governor allowed it since a year ago. So it is especially nice that you can still eat inside here.

chicken has no seasoning at all and all the food they serve is cold, below safety standards. the Department of Health should give them a visit and check the temperatures of all the food being served. i wont buy from that boston market again, i went twice and both times had the same issue.

Been a while since I had stopped at Boston Market to eat.. I was so excited went through the drive-thru to order with family.. Had just seen a car there..Place from afar looks like there’s no life there.. So we waited and waited and waited and waited nobody came on the speaker to attend.. So we drove around to the service window the guy looked at us and completely ignored us..We went around in front of restaurant window we waved at him.. At this point I think he knew he couldn’t hide anymore.. So we got to order and they didn’t have the food we wanted unfortunately.. Maybe this was true maybe it wasn’t.. Maybe he didn’t like the fact that we drove up to the window and we beeped and he ignored us.. (AWESOME) service we salute you with five thumbs Sad part about this whole thing is that I know the food is good…ITS AN EMPLOYEE PROBLEM… MY FIRST RED FLAG WAS WHEN I SAW THE BOSTON SIGN PART OF IT WAS MISSING.. NOW IT JUST SAYS MARKET IN THE FRONT SMH Good thing five guys burger spot was nearby they don’t disappoint…

My wife and I dined in. The half chicken entrees are their usual best. They did not have the meat loaf ready for another 45 minutes and they had no turkey. The sides are the usual so so. They had run out of napkins, so the manager found some brown paper towels for us. I feel that it is decent, safe food and place. We left contented.

WTH happened to this place? Most things are out of order. Chicken was extremely dry. Rice was greasy and hard. Broccoli was rubbery. Potato dills were okay and so were the corn bread. Utensils were useless, spork. One person who never smiles and simply doesn’t want to be there. Disappointed to say the least. This is not the same place I used to visit with my family.

Completely different from the Boston Market my family once loved. Avoid!! I saw them bringing in supplies to the back door… it’s stove stop stuffing and instant mashed potatoes. The taste of the macaroni and cheese is COMPLETELY different now. The gravy is basically brown tinged water. What a disappointment. Used to be a go-to for us on busy week nights.. not any more.

I typically like Boston Market and have been to several in the region. This particular one I’ve been to twice and unfortunately it’s just not good for too many reasons. The ice in the drink machine doesn’t work and all of the sodas are flat and warm. The meatloaf, which I love from Boston Market, was undercooked and we waited for the fresh batch. We got the end of the sides which tasted like they had been out for a few hours. The dining area was not very clean and just watching 10 people wait for food only to be disappointed and ask for their money back didn’t make me feel any better for eating the food that was just not good. A guy even came in and complained that he waited in the drive through for 20 minutes and never got his order taken.

I really do like Boston Market, particularly the meatloaf and mashed potatos, but this was an overall poor experience. I would not return to this particular location however. Sorry!

Food was just as good as any other Boston market. Prepared on time and served at our table.

Excellent customer service! Was walking in with my elderly mother. One of the the employees came outside, without being asked and held the doors for us and assisted us. Same thing on the way out. Manager behind the counter was very accommodating to our specialized requests. Would definitely return again.
