This chain has gone downhill. Ordered ahead for a 3 person turkey dinner. Was not ready. The only tasty thing was the turkey and cornbread. All the sides were not the most edible. Been lit with back issues and figured I would order in. So sorry I did.

DO NOT GO HERE! I had been craving Boston Market & I surprisingly learned this chain was still in business unlike all the other locations I was familiar with. I stopped in this past Sunday & placed a hefty order (meatloaf, turkey, creamed spinach, sweet potatoes & corn) & was greatly disgusted & disappointed. The food was disgusting & not fresh (meats were dry & not fresh, sweet potatoes & creamed spinach were sour & tasted spoiled). Everything was inedible. Definitely not the chain recipes! (I also noticed none of the packaging said Boston Market on it) I would have driven back the food & requested a refund but I don’t live near this restaurant. This place needs to be shut down like the rest or restored to the Boston Market chain recipe & standards!

I haven’t been here in a while and I’m not going back. The food didn’t taste right. The stuffing was runny. The whole restaurant was off. It needs to be inspected from top to bottom. The bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. Not good at all!

I missed going to Boston market because the location I used to visit closed down. So I realized this Boston market was still open and drove 30 min to have a meal there: upon arrival, the restaurant looked very dirty, outdated, signs were falling apart, they had hand written signs on the window, and the restaurant just looked really sad. But I still decided to have a meal there since I drove so far:

I ordered a regular meal with two sides. Mash potatoes and gravy, rice with cilantro, and sweet potatoes. First the food just taste old, and nasty. It taste nothing like what I remembered Boston market to be: even the gravy was white instead of brown: rice was so hard, and sweet potato was way too sweet.

I couldn’t eat the entire food, and my experience wasn’t as great:

Seems like that location will shut down soon; because the place looks run down

Staff was friendly but dress was not professional. The food was horrible. I got a large meatloaf, mashed potatoes and corn. Mashed potatoes were watery with no taste; corn was hulky. Cornbread taste good. Meatloaf left a lot to be desired. I got a large to take 1/2 as lunch the next day. Threw it away. This was NOT BOSTON MARKET. Before 2020 I ate Boston Market regularly. This was my first visit back it will be my last visit.

Horrible customer service! The guy just dropped my receipt on the counter and snatched my money. I was very pleasant and didn’t even respond to his rudeness. I can see why nobody is patronizing this establishment!

Currently my stomach is in knots. No greetings, lukewarm food & dry burnt chicken just tucked away. Did not see not one chicken being rotisserie. The place was empty from the start so that was my sign right there! The owner doest like customer so save your energy & time!

When we arrived at the location, we were informed that they only had 1/4 and 1/2 white meat chicken. I asked if they had thighs and legs, and the male employee replied no. Just as we were receiving our order, a Caucasian male entered the restaurant. The cashier was very rude while handing us our food. The man behind us placed his order and asked if he could get dark meat. As we were walking out, the cashier/server told the Caucasian male that they didn’t have any dark meat but to wait a moment while he checked. I hadn’t completely exited the door yet, so I confronted them. I said, “But you just told us you didn’t have any dark meat!” The employee replied, “Yeah, I’m being honest, I’m being honest.” I thought to myself, “That’s interesting.” Never again will I spend my money here after this experience!
