Boston Market really knows how to do holiday catering with ease. Go to their website and order online. It’s a bit slow but with some patience you’ll be able to check out and will receive a confirmation email for your order. When you arrive, let a staff member know you’re picking up and they’ll take you out of the line and have you wait at a numbered table for your food. I was helped and out the door within 5 minutes. Boston Market knows how to do Thanksgiving!

Half of a chicken with potatoes creamed spinach as you can see I ate my spinach a little chicken and potatoes. Second was one half chicken stringbeans and mashed have to get a drink I had raspberry lemonade. For 12.47 for one meal 9 dollars plus for free. Great deal chicken yummy
Only disappointment is the size of the cornbread it sooooo shrunk

We like Boston market. Often when traveling we will look for one to patronize. Being handicapped it has been a great help to have delivery service available from this location. However this week was the second time that we’ve had a problem with an order. And will not be ordering from this location again. The first time they order never arrived and it took over two months and multiple contacts with the district manager and the store manager before it was taken care of. Most recently the delivery came and we were missing one of 4 meals and only two of the other 3 were what we ordered other items were missing from the order as well sides etc.Unable to get in touch with the store that night (no answer) I called the following day and was told that they couldn’t give any kind of a refund I would have to come to the store and pick up the items that were missing. When I said I wasn’t able to do that I only wanted a refund on the items that were missing I was told that only corporate could issue a refund and they would pass along the information and was assured I would get a call. I did not. Two days later still no contact. I called my bank and will dispute the entire charge. I’m sure it’s no big deal for them but to me it’s not worth the aggravation anymore. Will go to the one in Mamaroneck, staff seems to be more on the ball.

Terrible service. My first time eating at a Boston Market. Ordered pickup and was handed a sealed bag by a lady that looked irritated that I walked in. She handed it too me and walked all the way to the other end of the store. I waited about five minutes and while she ignored the fact that I was needed service. She came about have way and asked for the 31oz cup I ordered so I could get my drink. She say she put a sprite(20oz) in my bag because the fountain machine wasn’t working and again walked as far away as possible. A male employee started shaking his head in disagreement with her and she told him what?, it’s not working. I can only speculate that she was too lazy to have made sweet tea for the location today which obviously doesnt come from a fountain machine. I’m visiting Greenwich and this is certainly not the service I’ve experience thus far. It’s silly but simple respect for people and common niceties goes a long way.

Decent food with above average customer service at this Boston Market. Love the chicken pot pies. What happens to their chicken gravy? Must have been cost reduced since the early days. I liked this chain better when it was 100% focused on chicken. I see very few coupon offers these days. Not sure why but they used to remind me to visit.

The manager is rude. He greeted everyone that entered the establishment except me, the only African American customer in the store at the time. I had to ask that my food be placed in a bag, nor did I receive utensils. The customer service at this location used to be amazing. I will not be returning.

I believe that this location does not serve fresh chicken daily. I received my rotisserie chicken and it was very dry and overcooked as if it was reheated from last night. Their mashed potatoes are powdered as opposed to the non-powdered supply other locations receive. And for some reason they never get pot pies when they “place their orders from the franchise”. This leads me to believe that they are using a different distributor rather than official Boston market distribution centers.

I love their turkey and their sides. However, my turkey came out dry and I received a fresh turkey which tasted fresh and juicy. Friendly staff. The manager apologized to me which I accept and tells me to come back again which I will do that.
