I visited BBC at Davis Square for the first time with my friend as a constant, 8-year customer of BBC on Boylston Street. I have to say, I was just as satisfied as I always am at the earlier location.
Upon entering, the front desk personnel were very kind and sat us down immediately. The cleanliness of the restaurant is worth mentioning. Our waiter was very kind, the restaurant had a lively atmosphere. We both ordered “The 420” because of the deal that has been going on (during weekdays, this burger is $4.20 between 4:20PM and 5:00PM I believe; you just need to buy a drink/soda with it). The burger was delicious, tender, cooked perfectly, just the right portions of every ingredient.
I really recommend coming here as the pictures back up my statements. The next stop on my list is the Cambridge location, so be prepared Paul! 🙂

After a long time hearing about the 420 burger’s 4:20 special, where you can get a 420 burger for $4.20 with purchase of a drink, i had to finally give it a try and it did not disappoint, at all!. From the moment i entered all the way to the moment i left, the staff and the waiter Max were superb! Very attentive and very easy to talk to, he understood right away when i came in asking about the 420 promotion at 4:45, he got me to a table and took my order right away with no delay. The atmosphere is pretty laid back. It wasn’t full. Its a nice small restaurant. I love the open view of outside, so you get a nice breeze on a summers day. The food was scrumptious and it did not disappoint and it fills you up very fast. They have lots of burger options so try them all!! I highly recommend 10/10.

Don’t miss this one! We drove over an hour to check this place out, and I will return. The milkshakes aren’t just out of control novelty, they are high quality and taste amazing. All three milkshakes we tried had a luxurious thick texture, the peanut butter one being the thickest (also the most to consume). The sampler platter was fantastic. The portions were good, the food was fresh, and the presentation was on point. The platter came with three different dips that complimented the different items on the platter. The pulled pork mac and cheese egg rolls were my favorite, with decadent mac and cheese, tender pulled pork, and a crispy wrapper. The buffalo tenders were moist and well sauced. The chips were hand cut and accompanied by fresh guac and pico. As a side note, the kids meals were also delicious and at the best value I’ve seen in a while. As a bonus, the waiter was friendly and helpful. I’ll be back, and I’ll be bringing more friends with me!

Yeah if you’re looking for some loaded burgers, this place is it. They have unique and classic combinations alike. They do not skimp on the patty nor the toppings. The frappes are massive and just like the pictures. If you come here just make sure to bring at least two friends to split a frappe! That thing is huge and u will only be able to take a couple of sips after a burger and chips.
I personally had the Vermont burger and I loved the take with maple mayo and sautéed apples with bacon. It really captures the Vermont aesthetic and leaves a sweet and satisfying flavor in your mouth. Would also recommend a frappe if u are able to split it with at least two people. Just be ready to exercise after! You will have a lot of calories to burn!

Wow, we have lived by Davis Square for two years and didn’t try this place until this past weekend.
The portions were huge. I probably could have just had half the burger and been okay, but I finished it. Normally when a place has so many toppings on a burger the meat is lacking but that was not the case here, great burger, great toppings.
The shakes also looked amazing but after eating a burger and some fries there was no room left.

Nice, comfortable restaurant in a smallish nook in Davis Square. After a long drive from NJ on the Tuesday before Thanksgiving, it was nice to have a nice Blue Moon at this location. Had a nice selection of draft & bottled beers. For starters, we had the Mumbo Fries, which was just the right taste profile we were looking for – certainly recommend. I had the Killer Bee burger, which features an onion ring tower sauced with BBQ (probably have to eat a few rings before trying to eat this burger). My daughter had the Hot Mess burger. Even though we didn’t finish, both burgers were delicious. You have the option of subbing either a turkey or veggie patty for the tasty beef. All burgers include house potato chips and either baked beans or cole slaw. We had the cole slaw, which was pretty good. Service was attentive for a late afternoon. Oh, they also have a large selection of frappes, but we weren’t in the mood for something sweet. They also have seasonal specials.

The best burger experience I’ve had in Boston. They have a proper vegetarian patty instead of lab made veggie substitutes. That itself earned them 5 stars. When you order here, you don’t need to be worried about asking for more since portion sizes are huge. You’ve got to work up an appetite before visiting. Their loaded chip-nachos are a meal in itself. I’ve tried their shakes, those are very over the top yet equally delicious. Our server was very patient with questions and made ordering food a delight. 110% recommend.
