Sorry to say it but with no recent reviews or many photos of their food I wanted to give it a try today. It was very disappointing. I’ve Been in Maynard for years and only ever tried an iced mocha and an apple turnover. which in my option wasn’t good. The pastry was dry coffee tasted burt.

The employees here are incredibly nice! My friend ordered a Sandwitch but his card declined. They gave it to him anyways in a act of incredible kindness! The food is always terrific no matter what. 10/10

This place is great! The breakfast sandwiches are very tasty and unpretentious. The bacon, egg and Gouda bagel is always solid. Don’t be afraid to ask them to swap out the bacon for ham if your bacon quota has been achieved. The staff is super friendly and the coffee is way better than that diner battery acid brew that somehow still gets served at other spots. BoBean is my go to spot for quick breakfast on the weekends.

I came here because of reviews saying the food and atmosphere were great. On a rainy, Sunday afternoon in spring there was almost no one in the place, and there wasn’t even any music playing. How can you have atmosphere in a coffee shop without music? It was dead silent. I ordered a tuna panini. It was meh and not worth what it cost. I was sorry I didn’t drive the half hour+ and return to Tatte in Wellesley. I like to check out different places, but sometimes you are better off sticking with what you know is good. I really don’t understand all the great reviews for this place. Maybe I was there on an off day.

Nice place to get espresso-based drinks and a pastry. Public parking is through the CVS parking lot, but we usually walk. Nice to sit outside when the weather is good.

Boston Bean House is a great cafe with lots of space, great cappuccino and baked goods and a good breakfast and lunch selection. Even with COVID I feel safe being there and the coffee and service is excellent.
