The best Uyghur restaurant in town! I’ve visited two other big names in Virginia for this cuisine and hands down the food was fantastic here. The kebab was so soft and the beef noodle soup was amazing. The apps and entrees were flavourful and we all loved the food! Will definitely visit again.
Service was good and tables are a bit small for big groups but we managed. Our prayers for the Uyghur community and hope they all come out of persecution soon inshaAllah.

I had a wonderful experience at this Uyghur restaurant. The food was incredible—truly a showcase of authentic Uyghur cuisine. We enjoyed dishes like the lamb kebab, eggplant salad, beef noodle soup, and the flavorful polo. Each dish was prepared with care, rich in spices, and bursting with flavor.
This spot is a hidden gem—a cozy, unassuming place that excels in both hospitality and authenticity. What makes it even more special is the fusion of regional influences that shine through each dish. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I’m in love with Xinjiang cuisine, and this place did not disappoint! The Big Plate Chicken was rich and flavorful, and the Stir-Fried Beef with Scallions was cooked to perfection. The lamb skewers were juicy and aromatic — just a touch salty, maybe from a bit too much seasoning while grilling — but still incredibly tasty. Overall, an amazing meal that I would happily come back for!

The food was absolutely delicious and affordable. I had the chicken kebab and stir fry noodles. The kebabs are to die for. The noodles were slightly oily, but tasted amazing, I would have it again. I also got butter nan which was also great. It was hot, tasted fresh and went very well with the sauce from the noodles.

So, I have ordered in from Bostan before but this was my first time visiting the restaurant and the food was great as always. Their samsa was excellent as it was softly flaky on the outside and the meat was tender and flavourful inside. The Kazan Lamb Kabab tasted amazing as well with plenty of meat and bread to serve two. For the main course, I had Polo and tbh, I didn’t like it much as the taste of carrots and raisins (or cranberries, maybe) was overpowering more than the meat and rice. But again, this is a personal taste preference so well. For dessert, the honeycake was simply marvellous. I could taste each layer of the cake and every bite was delightful. I have had their Dapanji and Laziji before and I love the taste of both. All in all, great food as always. 🙂

I’m honestly so disappointed in Boston Uyghur Cuisine. They gave me old, expired, and mushy polo. Originally the food was cold so I asked them to reheat it. When I got it back some of the rice was mushy and some of it was super hard. It had a strange, rancid taste. The meat looked like left over random bits. Service was okayish, but I would never return. There are much better Uyghur restaurants in the DMV.

We visited on a Friday night, and the restaurant was bustling even past 8 PM. We waited about 10 minutes for a table, and upon being seated, we had to wipe the table ourselves.
However, the food was impressive—authentic, rich flavor, and neither too oily nor overly salty. The prices were reasonable, and we recommend all dishes shown in the photos. There were also plenty of parking spots available nearby.

A great surprise.
My son suggested it, I would never have known about it.
Noodles, Kabobs, buns, bread were delicious, different and served with smiling faces.
Thank you to the servers and cooks!

Great food and attentive service. They now serve food much faster than before.
The chicken hot stew was a highlight. We also liked the lamb skewers vey much. The pilaf was okay. The prices were also reasonable in Arlington, VA.
The staff were friendly and ensured that we had everything needed. We had a positive experience overall and would love to come back again sometime.
