I visited on 3/6/2026 at 11:39 PM (ticket #305) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I was hoping to try this place for lunch, but the service made it feel like my order was an inconvenience.
The employee taking my order rushed me through the process and didn’t provide any condiments for my hot dog, which seems like a basic expectation. In addition, the fries were stale and discolored (photo provided), which raised concerns about freshness and quality.
My custard order was also incorrect. I ordered butterscotch, but the sauce appeared to be barely added, as if the pump was pressed once without checking whether it was properly distributed throughout the cup.
Overall, the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the food quality did not meet expectations. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t return, and I hope management takes the time to review both the service and food preparation standards at this location.

This was my first time and it was honestly amazing. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out fast. A huge shoutout to Chloe, who helped me she was super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect. Her customer service really stood out and made my first visit even better. This is my first time going into boss chicken the portions were great. I asked who was in the back cooking and they said he was a good cook name was Phoenix. I will definitely go back again. I love boss chicken I come here very often. Unfortunately I avoid this location when I can it’s always a hit or miss usually a miss. I wish they payed more attention to detail rather than play around in the kitchen cause it’s so close to my house I would be here OFTEN.
