Boss Chicken is awesome!
The chicken is always fresh and full of flavor, and their custard is seriously next-level good. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and every time I’ve come in, the manager has been super friendly and helpful. It’s just one of those spots you actually enjoy coming back to. Definitely recommend!

Very pleased with the quality and taste of my food. The price was reasonable as well. I had the el patron chicken sandwich. It had a nice brioche bun that was toasted, two strips with mango habanero sauce, cheese, and pickles. Sandwich was delicious and fries were some of the crispiest and delicious I have eaten in a long time. I had the limeade for my drink, it was lacking sweetness and flavor. The staff was efficient and fast, but they were not as cordial or courteous as they can and should be. Even with the shortcomings I will recommend this restaurant.

Had a little problem with my order and Jacob helped me out big time, amazing people that work here, willing to help no matter the situation, glad to have them around the area

I’d never been to a Boss restaurant before, so I had no expectations when I ordered.
I must say I was fairly impressed by the food here. The chicken tenders were well cooked and the fries were crispy, thic and hot, just like I like them.
I can omly reccommend the staff here to give out more packets of ketchup on each order because 2 is not enough, I believe.

I always go to boss because I like fried chicken even though turn quality of the chicken is varying. However I will be going back if not solely for the great service that the shift leader Jacob provided. He is as extremely polite and helpful, something rare to see nowadays. He should really be paid a raise before he moves on to a job that properly compensates his can do attitude and effort.

Honestly the food was great! I personally like the lemon pepper and spicy tenders. The fries are solid. The boss sauce and mango habanero sauces are great!
BUT
This place is guilty of my biggest pet peeve… a drink that is mostly ice… each drink is 60%+ ice.
I finished my drink super quickly before I got home and I was in disbelief. I measured how much liquid it would hold, and out of the ~24oz foam cup, it held 10oz of liquid.
I know it doesn’t haven’t anything to do with the food itself, but it is my biggest pet peeve and biggest annoyance! I find it disrespectful tbh.
It wasn’t just my drink either. All 3 drinks of the order were just as bad.
Will probably return anyways ‍♂️

I keep trying to like your place. Maybe it’s just this location? I’m not sure but I’ve been there 3 different times and always something goes wrong.
First visit, asked and paid for extra sauce, I didn’t get any. Came home and had my chicken with Chick-fil-A sauce.
2nd visit, asked for unsweetened tea, diabetic. Got sweet tea, didn’t notice till I took a big sip out of it.
3rd visit, half my fries where tiny burnt pieces like the end of the pile Still served them to me like that…
I’m not sure I’m down for a 4th visit. I’ll stick to Chick-fil-A or Canes.

10/30/25 Update: I went back and of course, they dropped the ball again. Got the jefe combo but got no chilli on my hotdog.

Good food that comes in good sized portions. The chili is a little sweeter than most, almost like it has some BBQ sauce in it. The hot dog buns are made of Texas Toast with sesame seeds and are grilled to be nice and warm.

The prices are a little more upscale, but you get your money’s worth.

When this establishment first opened, chicken was nice size and different batter. Right now the latter is ok, and the size if the chicken is tiny! What a disappointment.
