I hate leaving bad reviews and not being able to find anything good to say about a business, but all I can say is just no.
The service was bad and the food was bad. Everything was burnt, the potato wedges, the chicken and the pizza. The chicken was far over seasoned to the point where it wasn’t spicy, just really salty. Unfortunately, the food was obviously ready long before the pickup time so it was room temperature and fairly soggy. This isn’t entirely their fault, but it doesn’t help.
The service was also very poor. I called took make sure my order was ready before going to pick it up and got yelled at when I asked the woman if my order was ready yet. The same woman also gave my wife a hard time when she was asking a different employee about picking up the food who she wouldn’t let help us.
I’m sure it’s not always this bad, but I still not be giving this location another try.
I want my money back.

Very good pizza. What you would expect from bosses if you’ve had it before. They’re definitely still working out the kinks since they just opened but I love what they did with the inside.

Our first time stopping in and we were really impressed. I used to be a waitress so the atmosphere of a place is a really big deal to me, along with how the workers are being treated. The manager Sean was incredibly nice, my boyfriend got the Philly sandwich and really liked it. I just got a half order of fries and mini corn dogs and they were pretty good too. I’m overall really impressed with this place and will definitely be going back.

Instead, we ordered some appetizers for our 5 person family. We ordered an appetizer platter for $17.99 that didn’t fill up a small container. A full order of fries was $8.50; it was so small it would not feed my 4 year old. We ended up leaving hungry, disappointed, and down 78 dollars.
This place needs bigger portions, better prices, and better food. Sadly, we won’t be going back.

Disappointed with this place. Came at dinner time on a Wednesday evening– took an hour to get our food and got snipped at when we asked how much longer it was going to be. My order came back wrong in more ways than one, and others at my table weren’t impressed with the quality of their food either. Overcooked or too greasy. The others I was eating with let me know that this place was very hit or miss with both service and food. I’ll consider this a miss. Frustrating because this place is one of the only options in Tea, and they would really have the monopoly if done right. I encourage them to really consider all of the poor reviews and make some positive changes. Also, bathroom was disgusting and freezing cold.

We ordered 2 pizzas and a 2 liter pop. Our pizzas were ready when I got there and due to an issue with available products regarding the 2 liter pop options, they quickly got us 4 drinks for us all. I didn’t get his name, but the man in charge of the restaurant that night was the kindest person and made sure we were completely taken care of. I will be ordering again for sure!

I’ve been here quite a few times. Not sure why just hoping to find something good on the menu the only thing worth going for it seems is a salad. They are good everytime. I’ve ordered about 5 pizzas there and only 1 of them was good quality out of the 5. Appetizers are not good and have ordered plenty of sandwiches to try and disappointed every time and gave it one last try 2 weeks ago and tried the philly again and what a disappointment there was about 10 tiny very thin pieces of meat in it. Pieces were super thin and only about 3/8 of an inch square could barely find them when it opened the sandwich. They really need to step up there quality.

Fantastic pizzas, we had at the Boss Pizza which was outstanding, A Philly cheesesteak pizza which was way better than I expected (my friend wanted that one but I think I ate more of the pizza), and a founding father to take home which worked out really nice. Then we headed back for the open mic and it was hilarious. What a really great time. Our servers were friendly and outstanding.

I don’t normally write poor reviews especially during the employee shortage but this is about poor management. We were so excited to have a Boss’s close to us we went for dinner. First off the broaster is not working so no broasted chicken. Second we waited an hour to get our food, and then our order was wrong. Third – a new server comes to our table to tell us the first server won’t come back because we were upset about the wait. Maybe you should teach your staff how to deal with unhappy customers because you will have them, and a lot of them if you continue to manage this way. Fourth – we were told by the server that the business was not fully open. It’s not posted anywhere AND the entire place is open along with holding an event! Now to me that is fully open. If you aren’t staffed properly and you don’t have all your equipment up and running then you should only have a portion of the facility open for seating or only take to go orders until you can accommodate the public. And we weren’t the only upset customers!!!
