Delicious Italian food for a small cozy counter order place. My Italian sub was very tasty with all of the flavors blending nicely. My 40+ year old son said that his pepperoni pizza was the best pizza he’s ever had. They have a well stocked beer cooler with all of the average beers and a nice selection of craft beers. Easy parking and you can get into the restaurant from inside the Belmont hotel. The manager and workers were friendly and hard working. For a Sunday night they were pretty busy.

Staff managed to foul up a bogo drink offer with me. It was ultimately corrected, but the cashier was extremely frustrated with her colleagues.
After reading the other reviews and experiencing the restaurant first hand, I would be surprised if the place remains open for much longer.

Boss’ Pizza could use a better boss. The food was mid and very late. They had our Pizza sitting under a heater for 20 minutes because they had forgotten to make the salads and sandwich we’d ordered. It was a sad cold pizza by the time we ate. The salad looked like it had been frozen, Disgusting.
The staff sucked. From screwing up incredibly simple orders, to forgetting things multiple times, to being incredibly snippy, and rude to customers. This was THE LAST THING I wanted to deal with after a long day of traveling.

Last 2 times we have ordered from here, our order has been OVER an hour and a half late.. The first time we got delivery (through the store) and the 2nd time we went to pick it up (thinking that would be faster). Sat at the store with no help, staff wouldn’t even acknowledge people waiting, and couldn’t cancel or get an actual estimated time frame.
Unhelpful staff.. Please update your “estimated time” to be somewhat, semi accurate.
Unfortunately, this is the only place with Taco Pizza.. the ONLY reason we even keep trying to order from here.

Well, Boss has fell short again….. My first experience was in Sioux Falls years ago. Not impressed with them. Fast forward to 4 years ago in Rapid City. Terrible service just waiting for take out after a 35 minute time before showing. Now did the Cheyanne place. Two piece dark with wedges and beans for take out. No beans in the meal and two of the smallest pieces of dark (wings). Simply sad, don’t bother wasting your money.

Most un professional and un hygienic restaurant I’ve ever seen with my own eyes. Don’t have late hours if you can’t have the staff to work it. I ordered late and was a small order. I go to pick it up and come to find out it hasn’t even started. I watch one of the delivery guys come in and litterally eat food with his bare hands out of whatever was in the kitchen where they prepare orders. I didn’t get helped until about 10 minutes of waiting and the manager on duty wasn’t even trained properly enough to refund my money. Complete and utter disaster.

Currently they are temporarily closed cause they are opening a new location and I have never been more saddened in my life, as I know my fellow healthcare night shifters are. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread Was supposed to be delivered by 710, called at 730 to check on it. Pizza showed up at 750. Pizza was luke warm at best, and didn’t get any cheesey bread. Driver said they would refund the cheese bread…..

Ordered ONE sandwich. Was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Got there and they had not started it and was told another 30. Came back and they had still NOT started ONE hour later. Do not go if you are hungry. Cannot rate if the food is good because they cannot be bothered to make it. I would suggest anywhere but here.
