I am not, well was not a meal prep type of guy. I recently started seeing a weight loss provider and really needed to start eating better and most of all healthier. Another RN had a Boss Meal and it smelled delicious and the one bite she gave me convinced me to give this meal prep stuff a try. I work overnights so I started with one week’s worth of meals. My husband enjoys the Athlete Mean size meals and I get the Lean meals but we “share” the Brownie Batter Balls (We actually order 2 servings now… can’t share those!) Just picked up my second week of meal prep. So far my favorites so far are the pork chops, steak stir fry and now the burrito bowl! Everything has been great and it’s real food!!!!
