Got some chicken wings (hot) sauce was great but the wings are mostly just breading n hardly any chicken on them. I’m hopeful about the other food (sandwiches n hotdogs) they have tho i’ll try next time. (photo-all that breading) Guy at the counter was super nice tho.

I had boss dogs for the first time last night and it was amazing! The chili dogs tasted great and the two gentlemen who own the place were super friendly and energetic and one even brought my order to my car across the street (parking lot was full). The prices were very reasonable and the portions were good too. I will definitely be back!!! These guys are really filling a much needed niche in the green bay restaurant/food truck market!

Absolutely blown away by Boss Dogs! I ordered the cheesy chicken bacon ranch nachos and WOW — they were insanely good. Perfectly crunchy fresh chips piled high with juicy chicken, nacho cheese, crispy bacon, and super fresh toppings. Every bite was mouthwatering.
The owners are some of the friendliest people you’ll meet — you can tell they truly care about their food and their customers. It’s rare to find a spot that nails both incredible flavor and warm service like this.
Can’t wait to come back and try more. Highly recommend — A+++++ all the way!

Wow!! The food is flavorful and amazing and the staff is incredibly friendly! We tried a smorgasbord of food that was all just wow! Italian Beef, Philly Cheesesteak, Boss Chili Cheese Dog, Holy Grail of Hot dogs and the boss sauce. Everything was tasty and you could tell they are passionate about their menu. We will definitely be back!!

I have stopped at this food truck numerous times over the last year or so and ever visit it is delicious. The menu has some staples, my favorite is the Baked Philly with some fries dipped in boss sauce!! It’s delicious.
They add deserts and change things up on a pretty regular basis! Go try them, and get one of everything. I promise it is worth it!

Hands down the best food in Green Bay. I loved from Minneapolis 6 years ago and have been trying to find some good food here since. Could never find it until I tried Boss Dogs. Will definitely be going again. They’re a must try. You won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking for flavorful comfort food whether you are out at the bar or just sitting at home, this is the food truck! Malcum and Carlos have made Boss Dogs a cornerstone in the East Green Bay late night food options! Hands down, best food truck around. The flavor is there, you get more than enough food to fill your belly and probably take some home, and the customer service is unmatched anywhere else around. People complain about food truck prices, but I literally just got my daughter McDonald’s the other day thinking it would be the cheap and fast option, it cost just as much as 3 chili cheese dogs and some fries at Boss Dogs! And I’ll tell you what, I would rather give $15 plus $5 tip to Malcum and Carlos working hard to achieve their dream, than give $15 to some corporation that employs people who can’t even make a plain cheeseburger right most of the time. Go here. Eat here. Give them all your money. And always remember to tip your service workers

This Food Trailer is an Authentic Chicago Style and Southern Style Foods. They come with their own recipes. All of their seasonings, spices, sauces, signature flavors as well are all authentic and made from scratch. Everything is always fresh and made from scratch. Carlos and Malcolm have something special going on. They usually open Wednesday-Saturday from 5pm-Bar close at Partyline Bar on Bellevue st in Green Bay Wisconsin. Their food has flavor and it’s authentic. Go see for yourself! This place is one of a kind must try. I am a Food and Drink Critic myself! 5 ⭐️ isn’t enough!! I highly recommend this place.
