Another great find! We had been to the family’s market next door on a previous outing and we came back to eat at the restuarant. I could not agree more with the other reviews. The gentleman there greeted us and was so welcoming. The food is delicious and is serious comfort food. I tried the herbal drink Cockta as a previous review did. It was refreshing! The coffee is a must. I was too full for dessert but there is next time. We can not wait to come back and try other dishes. The market next door is a must too, I am addicted to the pepper spread.

My first time trying Bosnian food, and I’m officially a fan! Loved their beef burek—flaky, savory, and so comforting. The sausage platter was full of flavor, the goulash was rich and hearty, and the sarma (cabbage rolls) were deliciously tangy.
The staff were warm and welcoming, and the whole place had such a cozy, authentic vibe.
Can’t wait to come back and try more!
Highly recommend you checking out the Bosnian grocery next door!

First time trying Bosna and it was well worth it. Started out with lepinja bread, which was so good we thought about buying some to go home with us. Then for our meal, we had chicken schnitzel halal with veggies and chicken jager halal with mashed potatoes…both of these were fantastic! Also, enjoyed a shokata and forest fruit tea with our meals. We saw others getting sandwiches on the lepinja bread and will definitely be going back to try those and other entrees. When we left, we went next door to the Bosna Market for a few items, so check that out too.

Stopped in for some picnic sandwiches and was pleasantly surprised. The daily-house-made sandwich bread was a HUGE hit and the gyro and chicken fillings were flavorful. We also got the lamb platter with rice and veggies for a gluten-free friend and he said it was great. I’d love to have a styrofoam-free take-out option, though. Will definitely visit again when on that side of town. Highly recommend!

We went in today with a group of friends. The service was great and the bread was incredible. I loved that they offer a bunch of imported sodas and drinks. It gave me the ability to try something I’d never had. You can tell the owner loves what he does. We had a great experience

We had such an amazing experience at Bosna today, both at the restaurant and the Bosnian market next door. It is a beautiful family-run business. The father was running the restaurant and the son was at the store, and it genuinely felt like we were welcomed into a family home in the Balkans. Warm, inviting, and full of heart.
We ordered the cold appetizer plates, cevapi, pljeskavica, and palacinke filled with Eurocrem (Balkan hazelnut cream, similar to Nutella but honestly better). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and packed with that distinct Balkan umami that is so hard to find around here.
The food was amazing, but the friendliness and vibe made it even better. I am truly grateful this place exists, and we will definitely be back.

We stopped in today to get a taste of home, ever since losing my mother I thought I could find some comfort here . We started off with the spinach pita and unfortunately it lacked the authentic pita taste I’m so familiar with, it was very dry and doughy , we ordered for meals the civappi which wasn’t bad it was good, the dough also a slight of doughy , for desert we ordered baklava. That was a little bit of a miss sense it was so mushy , I think they need to tweak the recipe to get that Bosnian taste. It was missing flavor and texture . The spinach pita was a little overalls dry , I knew when it hit the table that it didn’t appear right. I was spoiled growing up with a mother who cooked this food regulary. I will give them another chance sometime I been eyeing to try this for a year, I was slightly dissatisfied.

Wife and I found Bosna while searching for something new to try in the area. The reviews were good and, boy howdy, they weren’t lying. Loved every part of my meal – the restaurant is clean and orderly, the service is prompt and friendly, the food (THE FOOD) was delicious and reasonably priced. Fantastic experience, will definitely recommend to anyone willing to listen. We ordered the Halal meat platter for two with a side of bread and vegetables (sautéed onions, zucchini, and bell peppers) and a baklava (not pictured). I also had an imported soda (Cockta!). Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I’m excited to go back soon!

Im sorry I didn’t take pictures, but this restaurant is AMAZING. I took my parents here for lunch after being in tge area and them saying they wanted something different. I’ll start with the food, the Lepinja bread is quite possibly the best I’ve ever had! It’s made fresh daily and finished on the grill top for a wonderful texture and flavor, it’s soft and a little chewy, but the grill gives it an awesome, firm crust. I tried the burger (not what Americans generally think of though) which was a ground meat stuffed with spicy cheese, a unique tomato based sauce, sour cream, vegetables and was served on the lepinja bread. My parents each had a gyro which was a mixture of beef and lamb and also served on the lepinja bread. I need to emphasize two things, the sandwiches were HUMONGOUS and they were DELICIOUS!! Even without sides, we all had enough left to take home for at least a whole dinner on top of another lunch (plus we purchased some of the lepinja bread to-go).
The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had, and the kitchen was very quick in preparing our food.
The restaurant (and attached market) were large, open and clean. I liked the unique design in the restaurant which was fun talking about while waiting.
I definitely am looking forward to the next time my dad has his doctor’s appointment up here because I know where we’ll get lunch at, and we’ve already discussed bringing other family members and guests to try this place out in the future. The bread alone is worth the almost hour long drive from my house.

Phenomenal experience here at Bosnia restaurant! You could definitely tell the food was authentic and the staff cared that we had a great experience. They made some great recommendations as far as what to try and the flavors were amazing! Definitely reminded me of flavors from home. Can’t wait to come back and try more of this tasty menu!
