The cup has a nice lid and friendly workers.

The young woman who served us was polite and very good at her job. Their donuts are always the best. We also had drinks which were delicious and perfectly mixed. I was surprised to discover they also offer sandwiches that look great. And for good prices.

I used to love this place because of the cups they served their Boba in, and now they went to standard cups and standard lids. Probably will not be returning until the other cups with the heated lids come back. 🙁

I’ve visited Bosa Donuts several times, but this is the third time I’ve noticed flying insects around the donuts. I couldn’t bring myself to order this time. I strongly recommend they install closures or protective covers for the donut displays to keep bugs away. I really enjoy the donuts, but cleanliness is essential, I hope they address this soon!

**Was my receipt reprint scanned by an employee using the Fetch app???**
Hello, I went into this location yesterday, November 15, 2025. I requested two original glazed doughnuts. I was charged for and handed two glazed twists in a bag at 7:17p. I checked my bag and informed the trainee, Saem (the name on my receipt) she had accidentally given me the wrong doughnuts. Her trainer informed her she could give me the twists as well as my correct order. She did that. Both ladies were extremely nice and I appreciate their effort. The issue is I scanned my receipt on my Fetch app. A message that the receipt had already been scanned, popped up. This was the first time I scanned my receipt. Please make sure the employees understand they may not scan customer receipts for their benefit. Thank you.

Bought some donuts to take to my doctors appointment for the staff. BoSa donuts was easy to find and not crowded at 9am. Had plenty of donuts to choose from. The dozen I bought cost $19.00. I haven’t bought donuts in many years so I don’t know if that’s expensive. They looked yummy but I didn’t eat any. Give them a try see what you think!

Now this place is usually my favorite to come to and I usually have no issues with the service. Today however the girl who is taking orders this morning needs customer service training. She was rushing for me to tell her my order then she decides to walk to the far left end for ring up and shouts down here. I was totally confused. I asked her if she was speaking to me and then she looks up and says down here again. I said wow, is that how you speak to customers like theyre dogs, saying down here.” She asked what I said again and I repeated. She didnt say anything to that but definitely could’ve clarified or corrected her service ways. She didnt. And I vouch for training.
