Such a cute shop, great service with friendly employees and delicious and fresh smoothies and bowls. My daughter loves the kid smoothie and the chocolate muffin. I love the açaí smoothie and the açaí bowl and I tried the Pumpkin Spice bowl and it’s also amazing! It’s right on the square so we come by often when we leave the square.

I have supported this business for many years and always had a great experiences with the employees here until today. The food and other employees are fantastic. I am completely saddened at the level of unprofessionalism this employee had. I was running errands and walked in without checking the time (it was a few minutes until close) and when I walked in the employee in the front huffed and puffed and didn’t even greet me. I was confused and saw the chairs up on the table so I turned around and looked at the door and realized it was getting close to time for them to close. I quickly said “Oh I’m so sorry if didn’t realize the time!” And started to walk out. She completely ignored me once again and then I said to her “have a good day” At the very least I feel like she should have provided basic customer service and greeted me and gave a friendly reminder that they close at 3pm. But instead I was ignored and treated like a huge inconvenience to a business I have supported for many years in multiple ways.

The pictures of the bowls on the menu don’t do the actual bowls justice! They look great and taste even better! Fast service, very helpful and friendly staff! I got the Aloha Bowl & French Vanilla Iced Coffee, both were great!

Owner Tosha, was very helpful during my 1st visit. She gave me samples of the different bowl bases to help me make my decision. I got the Aloha bowl and it was delicious. I’ve been going a few times a week to get a smoothie bowl. Today I tried the Pina Colada bowl and it was SO good!!

When stationed in Hawaii I used to eat these bowls daily. I’m happy I found a spot that makes them like I’m used to here in tennessee. Everything is super fresh and the service was excellent. The staff was very inviting and friendly. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for something light, refreshing, and delicious. I definitely will be revisiting.
