I just came up there and spent damn near $10 on 2 bagels. I go to eat my French toast bagel and to my surprise it has so much butter on it. I scrap it off and only taste butter. Tried to call and was immediately placed on hold. Waited over 4 minutes and no one came back to the line. I will be coming back up there for a refund. Couldn’t even enjoy my bagel. This was my first time just getting a bagel with butter and won’t do that again.

So disappointed. There were so many good reviews I thought this could be my local spot outside of NYC. Never in my life have I had a worse bagel! Even day olds at a grocery store are better than these. You could break a window with these things!
I bought half a dozen “today’s” bagels and they were so tough I could barely chew the one I tried to choke down.
They looked fine – but were like rocks. I think these were day olds they were passing off as fresh. Don’t believe me? Watch the video…that is wild…
We never throw out food, but these were so bad, we dumped them. Such a waste. I love supporting local businesses but this is one I am going to pass on – forever….

The owner didn’t even read the review – these are NOT day old bagels. I got “fresh” ones from the baskets and had your teenage looking clerk put them into the bag. I went to eat them same day – as soon as I got home – this is what they looked like. I think you put your day olds in the rack. That was my point- as these were rocks. I will never be back and the fact it took you 2 months to reply tells me that you don’t care about your customers. Sad – as I may have returned if you owned it and had bothered to respond.

I’ve only visited once and plan to try more bagels and update my review.
I visited on a Friday morning around 9:30. There was only a short line & wait to place my order. I had the Hulk breakfast sandwich on egg bagel and was very good. The bagel was crisp on the outside and soft inside. The sandwich had lost of flavor. I would recommend.
My only complaint was the coffee. It was nit good, just coffee. I’ve read the management responses to other reviews, mentioning Brass Horn and Black Rifle as coffees they serve, so I’m going to assume the coffee served on my visit was Black Rifle because it didn’t taste like any Brass Horn coffees I’ve had.

Found Boro Bagel through a Facebook group and had an awesome first visit. Staff was super friendly and quick, and the bagels were top-notch. The homemade cream cheese was the standout—rich, fresh, and full of flavor. Great deal for the quality. Perfect spot for a quick bite or a casual morning date with your spouse. Highly recommend!

My friend I come here at least twice a week and I have YET to get a sandwich from them that wasn’t top notch! The bagels are always the perfect balance of chewy inside and crisp outside, the meats and cheeses are always perfect, and the staff are amazing!
Btw, if you come here, you NEED to get their ‘Boro Sauce’ with your sandwich!! That stuff alone is a 15/10 and it is made in house! So good!!

Checked out Boro Bagels during their soft launch weekend. All in all, it was a good experience! The line moved quickly and the staff was all friendly.
Still working out soft opening kinks, so I won’t hold it against them that they were out of lox and the particular bagel/cream cheese flavor we had hoped to order (just means a second trip is in my future!) but we were able to try the My Cousin Vinny on an everything bagel and a French toast bagel and maple cinnamon cream cheese.
The Vinny was good – a really great flavor. Next time I may order with extra sauce and sauerkraut as that’s how I prefer my sandwiches. But really enjoyed the everything bagel and it had a wonderful texture!
The French toast bagel was also good – not too sweet at all which is nice. And the amount of cream cheese provided was great. Wished the cinnamon/french toast flavor was a little stronger but that’s just personal preference.
Excited to check them out again in the future as the lox bagel sandwich and the chocolate chip bagel is calling my name. ☺️

Super delicious! Lots of choices for toppings! Soft fresh bagels! Friendly staff. It was jammed pack when i visited and still had 4 fresh sandwiches and 13 bagels to take home in under 10 min ! Definitely worth the stop!
