Delicious authentic Puerto Rican food, highly recommend to anyone from PR or that wants to try PR food. Food was fresh and hot and it was enough food for two meals on the Boricua plate.

Gotten 2 meal orders to go.

1 arroz con gandules pasteles carne frita
1 arroz con gandules chicharon de pollo and one alcapuria..
To be honest the food was not what I expected and I will explain why. The food quality wasn’t there as expect.. the rice was very very sticky and very very mushy and it was short or medium grain rice.. but so mushy to the point when you try chewing it had no consistency and just felt like a ball of clay in your mouth.. the carne frita was ok just wish it was seasoned a bit better.. pasteles was just ok and simply but at least had meat in it . The chicharon de pollo was just left over fried pieces of chicken that had the left with bone in it barely any fried skin with it.. also I must say, you guys gotta do better than that on those alcapuria.. the alcapuria did had a very good decent taste but what messed it up was how thickly it was of masa.. way too much masa and change the shape of it which was also too thick like a corn bread shape. Way to much masa.. they should be made the traditional way.the macaroni salad was just ok. wish it didn’t have mustard or celery inside.. over all we took like 3 bites or 4 and we had to throw away the food . Almost $40.00.. PLEASE BEWARE AS MANY ARE OVER RATING THIS PLACE..

Best food truck that I ever tried in Texas! I try their food in New Waverly, then I visit them in their new location and WOW! Jenny did a really fantastic job. Excellent Customer service, fair prices, a lot of good food cooked perfectly. I will be back. Highly recommended.

I’m generally not a big food truck eater. But this truck takes me back home (Puerto Rico) to my childhood. All of my favorites in one place, and a couple of new things.

I recommend highly, especially if you already know Puerto Rican food. The chicken and jalapenos empanada was really good, and that’s new for me because jalapenos is generally a Mexican pepper. But the chicken was well seasoned, and the combo was fantastic.

Seriously, try them out. You won’t be disappointed, no matter what you order.

This place had me at the name! What a delicious surprise the place was. First time trying Puerto Rican food, and it also did not disappoint. The chicken was crispy and juicy, and the rice was flavorful. We also tried the empanadas filled with chicken and jalapeño, and one with pepperoni, not the biggest fan, but the kids liked it. I will definitely come back over and over again for that chicken and to try other things on the menu! ( Nice touch on the flag too) 😉

This place is a must try in the Conroe area, always 20/10 fresh food, you can tell Jenny cooks with passion and she is the sweetest, most cool chef Ive ever met. She is from Ponce, Puerto Rico. Portions are big like in puerto rico and be aware you are gonna have leftovers. If you never try puerto rican food before and want to have the full experience. This is the rigth place. I cannot wait for them to have a restaurant, Im pretty sure its gonna be a total hit! A big impact for the north houston area. 100% Thank You Jenny for always feed me and my family with excellent food.

Most authentic Puerto Rican food I’ve had in Houston, hands down! The alcapurria was seasoned perfectly and crispy. The mofongo and carne frita was flavorful and the rice, oh my goodness. Just like the island . I’m so grateful I have a spot near the house when I’m craving a taste of home.

I’ve eaten at Boricua Bites twice now, and both times the food has been nothing short of exceptional. As someone from Puerto Rico, I’m pretty picky when it comes to comida criolla—but this place instantly took me back home. It truly feels like eating in my abuela’s kitchen. You can taste the love in every bite.

The carne frita is perfectly seasoned and tender, the mofongo is packed with flavor, and the arroz con gandules is just like we make it on the island—rich, comforting, and delicious. The chicken chicharrón was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor—definitely a must-try. I also had the Mofongo Munchies Box, and it was such a fun and tasty surprise! I loved being able to sample a variety of dishes in one meal.

The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are more than fair for the quality and quantity you get. Don’t forget to ask for the mayoketchup—it ties everything together and gives you the full island experience. If you’re craving authentic Puerto Rican food that tastes homemade, Boricua Bites is the spot. ¡Wepa!

The first & best Puerto Rican food I’ve ever had!! My husband was looking for some Puerto Rican food to feed me for our anniversary and this place was amazing, we wanted a variety of everything to try and everything tasted flavorful and made with love. We’ll be coming back for more! Plus we were left with left overs for later. Absolutely loved 10/10! Thank you sooo much!!
