I ordered the sesame chicken meal and added shrimp — and wow The sesame chicken was crispy, saucy, and perfectly sweet-savory with a generous sprinkle of sesame seeds. The shrimp were tender and juicy, and the fried rice was packed with flavor. My fiancé had the pepper chicken lunch special, the flavor was bold, savory, and just as satisfying.
We didn’t really care for the fries, but everything else was absolutely delicious. We’ll definitely be back!

I wanted to rate 0 but that’s not an option. I ended up sick to my stomach. The fries appeared from yesterday and a pile of grease, the rice and chicken not any better. Btw that’s supposed to be a breast. I asked there girl if it was a thigh. Even the really nice girl at front asked the kitchen twice are you sure? The chicken is really small. No joke, small and nasty. Never again. I went there because I did not feel like driving to Deland or Sanford. Big mistake. No wonder this place is always empty.

We took the opportunity of driving down to Orlando and had to stop to BoriChino to try the food. Place is not big but confortable enought. Salsa music playing in background a little loud but still okay. We dine in and bought extra rice to bring home. Rice really taste like that tasty flavor of real Chinese food made in Puerto Rico. Wll definitely go again anytime I have the opportunity to go back to Orlando. Staff very friendly. 5 Stars!

Update: I want to update my experience with Borichino. I went to visit the restaurant like 2 weeks ago. It’s a small but cozy place, and I really liked it. The food was much better than the first time I tried it. I ordered from them again today, and now I can definitely say… for me and my taste, their rice is the best rice in Central Florida…and better than in many places in Puerto Rico. I even told them they need to add shrimp to the rice! Lol … I’m in love with this place now!!!

First, the rice stood out with its good flavor, although I found it needed just a touch more salt to be perfect. It’s a minor tweak, but worth mentioning for those who like a bit more seasoning.
Next, I ordered tostones with garlic, expecting the usual tostones generously covered in garlic. However, what I received were regular tostones with garlic sauce served on the side. While this was still tasty, it was a bit of a letdown since they charge extra for the garlic. For future orders, I hope they clarify this or adjust the preparation to meet expectations.
The highlight of the meal was definitely the boneless spare ribs. They were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection, making them a standout dish that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting. Additionally, the portion size of this combination was just right, ensuring a satisfying meal without being overwhelming.
Despite the minor issues, the overall quality of the food and the unique blend of flavors make Borichino worth a visit. I plan to return, but next time I will visit the restaurant in person to experience it fully.

Great find! We discovered this restaurant while staying close by. We ordered the sampler platter with rice and bean side and everything was so tasty! Seasoned just right, just like “Abuelita” would cook it. Service staff was friendly and on point with everything. Recommended!!!
