This is a great restaurant. The food was great, the prices are reasonable, and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Since this was my first visit, they were eager to answer questions.
The ascetics were to be expected for a smokehouse restaurant…wood throughout the place. Plus, they offered live entertainment, which is always fun. Overall, this restaurant is worth trying.

I was able to talk with the owner and she was so nice and polite.
She shared personal stories and was very accommodating. Even to put on a specific baseball game for us.
All of the food was absolutely amazing.
We recommend the boron burger and tacos.

Had brisket and ribs takeout and both were delicious. The hushpuppies are the best I’ve ever had. They were crispy and tasted great. Suaces were all good. Ready for pickup very quickly. Definitely going back when I come back to Richfield for work

The baked beans and Mac Squares were fantastic. The brisket was cooked well but a little lacking in flavor. Ribs were also perfectly cooked but came out with a sauce on then that I didn’t care for. Sausage was good. The only thing that stood out as special was the Mac Squares. I would come back but would request leaving off the sauce on the ribs. Lots of sauce options.

Amazing BBQ! The brisket and pulled pork sandwiches were great. The sauces (especially the Golden Carolina and Memphis) were excellent. Can’t wait to go back for more. (Mac was just okay, not very cheesy. Great coleslaw and sweet potato fries.)

If you are into some smoked meats I’d say this is the place. The smokiness is on point. Meat is tender and you have a good selection of bbq sauce as well. Banana bread is great. Mac & cheese is southern style and has a smoky taste. Give this place try and let me know what you think.

Excellent food and fantastic service! My wife ordered the brisket sandwich with a side of homemade mac and cheese and I got a pulled pork sandwich with maple fries. Both meats were smoked and seasoned to perfection. The sides were tasty as well. Plenty of seating inside and a nice deck area outside. We’ll definitely be back.

Real, legit, smokehouse. As good as Texas bbq brisket, and ribs as good as Memphis. Self proclaimed bbq snob. Prove me wrong. Smoked with real oak. Honestly glad I went a little out of the way to eat here. I tried almost the whole menus and can’t recommend this place more. Beans are delish too. Nacho sauce has a little peach snap. Geez to much to mention.

We went on a super busy night. They ran out of brisket which is understandable, so we had the pulled pork. It was moist and juicy but lacked a smoky flavor. My husband got the Boren burger which he said was really good, but since it had pulled pork instead of brisket it could have been a bit better. The reason for the lower rating was the pork salad I ordered. It was really bad. Do not reccomend. It was grocery store lettuce salad with a tiny bit of pork for 13 dollars. It was the size of a small side salad and the dressing they used was terrible, it tasted like food club ranch or some cheap nasty dressing. If they improved their salad it could be a pretty good resturant. I see potential, and the live music was fun. We will try again, but I won’t be ordering the salad.
