It was my first time here tonight with my folks and my son. We were greeted warmly when entering and I immediately liked the look of the place. Our drink order was taken quickly and delivered just as fast.
As for the food, my son ate his (very reasonably priced) kids meal with a giant smash burger without saying a single word. And he’s a talker, so that’s high praise. He literally didn’t put it down.
I enjoyed my adult smash birder a lot also. The bacon was thick and crisp without needing to ask, and the sauce had a nice tang to it to cut through the richness of the beef.
I sampled a bite of my dad’s fish and chips, which was a sizable portion and crunchy as could be! Like the fries, I could tell it was fried in beef drippings which as far as I’m concerned, is the only thing anything should ever be fried in. I can my mom’s house salad had very flavorful chicken with a flavorful, homemade dressing.
I didn’t even know this place was there, but I’m so glad my folks suggested it. A great sit-down and relax place close to home. We’ll definitely be returning.

I had a ham and cheese sandwich and DAMN was that good. Hands down the best honey mustard, idk what it is about that stuff but I could drink it- I won’t as that’s questionable behavior, it’s just SO GOOD. Can’t wait to come back and try the burger! Server was a little awkward but very nice kid!

Have had several different entrees, all have been very good! Also, fries are crispy and house salad has always been fresh! Usually get takeout, impressed that the food containers actually have vent holes, and side salad is packaged separately in a brown box. It’s the little things that make a difference!

Took a hour for us to receive our appetizer. Food is good but not worth the price, they charged for asking for no green onions on my poutine and no onion on my burger. Charged $.50 for ordering 2 things of barbecue sauce for my chicken tenders. Appetizer cost the same as a burger as a meal. If you want to take anything off apparently you need to do it yourself

If you want to dine in a modern, relaxing, and kind atmosphere, you should come to this restaurant. I went here with my grandparents and the waitress was very welcoming. We were sat right away and their menu selection was very diverse. In addition, the food was delicious and well priced. I was able to enjoy my meal with my family, have a delicious molten lava cake, and the shortbread cake for dessert. I would come again to this restaurant as it was a memorable one.

What a refreshing improvement to the previous restaurant that was here. We had a group of 14 people for a birthday party. Everyone raved about the food. I had the walleye platter. It did not disappoint. I’ll try the smash burger next. Make a point of finding here. Pizzapalooza lost out to this place

The food was good we mostly had smash burgers. There were 7 of us 2 of us got broccoli that was inedible because it was really salty, she explained a new chef but never offered a replacement. Another thing very frustrating to us is that none of the empty glasses or plates were removed. We even had them stacked at the end of the table.

The food at borderline is very good. I had a caesar salad which was very generous with the ingredients. My daughter had a burger and she said it was great. I’ve been going to this place for years. I even remember the first restaurant that was there. It was Middle Eastern, then it was the Cantina for many years… one of our favorite spots.
The newer layout, walls and floors of the remodel (from a few years back now) looks great. The ambiance is quite pleasant.
I do have a major complaint which keeps us away, and is the reason for a 3 star rating. It’s the seats. We tried sitting at the bar and the chairs were very uncomfortable. We kept feeling like we were slipping out of them because there was no place to put our feet to stabilize ourselves. We moved to a booth and that was also lacking comfort which I’ve noticed in other recent visits. The seat of the booth is very shallow. It seems to be the right size for someone in junior high, not for an adult. I mention these last things hoping that if I’m not the only one who has noticed, perhaps someone will find their way to improve the comfort level here. I love this place.

We had a party of 8. The restaurant was cold, the burger was okay wasn’t impressed at all. My mother in law had raw fish never got taken off the bill. I asked for the lava desert they only honor 1 desert from the menu. The electric fireplace was broken, and there was a few dinner options they had they didn’t have.
