Unfortunately tomorrow will be the last day- owner sold this restaurant. Strange design))- like in food court- too much light)). Bordeaux- but they don’t have European wine- just CA. Ordered vodka cran- they do have only local Augusta vodka))))- will see tomorrow how I will feel))). No complaints- tomorrow last day. I read a lot of great reviews about year ago situation.

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, the chef’s skills are truly outstanding. We savored the Champagne Chicken and Surf and Turf – the steak was cooked to perfection, and the scallops were a revelation. The Champagne Chicken, with its divine sauce, is an absolute delight. Dined in for a celebratory dinner with my mother as a graduation present. The ambience was perfect and the decor was delightful. The service from Gigi and Elizabeth was absolutely superb. Both are extremely attentive to their customers and highly knowledgeable about the menu. They will make you feel comfortable and worry free during your experience. Definitely ask for either if you attend. The food was fair priced (for fine dining), filling proportions, beautiful presented, and of course delicious. I had the seafood pasta, which i would highly recommend. The bar was a gorgeous site to see from a table and even prettier to sit at. They also have separate dining room, beautifully furnished, that can be booked for events and parties. This is definitely THE steak and seafood fine dining restaurant of the CSRA.

Oh my that BREAD!!!! So good. We were staying at the Mistletoe State Park, we were hungry after fishing & found this place! We felt like we should have dressed up !! lol The waitress made us feel comfortable in our fishing clothes. I posted pics of our food! All very good. Had to ask “what kind of bread is this”!!! So good!! The cocktail was a little sweet to me but I drank it all! Will b going back in May for sure!

It was a great experience at Bordeaux Steak and Seafood. It’s worth the drive. It’s small, very welcoming. We had a late reservation so the restaurant was more calm on a Saturday evening. Elizabeth was our server and did such a fantastic job. Very attentive with a smile every time she came to the table. It was a party of 9. We had the spinach dip, cocktail shrimp, She crab soup and egg rolls. All bursting with flavor. Mac and cheese with shrimp balls were ! Shrimp and Grits were scrumptious. Andouille was a tad overcooked but went down all the same. Be sure you ask about the chefs menu. The chef Brian is amazing. He came to our table for a personal introduction and made sure we were satisfied. Carrot cake and Key lime pie were great. Highly recommend. We’ll be back.

Love this place! The ambiance is nice and perfect for a date night. For appetizers we had the shrimp cocktail and bacon wrapped shrimp on fried green tomatoes and it was great. For meals the majority of my table ordered the seafood medallions and it was so good. Plates were clean but they went a little light on the Bernaise sauce. My fiance ordered The Chicken Cordon Bleu and thoroughly enjoyed it. We also had a few bottles of champagne and those are reasonably priced. Hope was our server and did a great job at suggesting appetizers and being attentive. Can’t wait to come back.

Edit: may 2024: found out that the new management fired the Chef trying to make this place a fine dining experience, in order to make this restaurant just another “family styled” steak house in a small town. So I have to recant my review back to the experience I had before. Might as well drive to Grovetown and go to Long Horns sadly.

I have to say the only reason I came back to this restaurant after initially having had a pretty bad experience -granted around the time they opened – was because I knew that the kitchen Master Chef Naj has recently decided to join this place. He is a treasured and highly recognized Chef throughout the CSRA and I can say this will make Bordeaux THE place to go to! Service this time was excellent but I was also paying attention to other tables, every thing was executed with thought, and of course the food was Top Notch! Those Crab Cakes and that Red Pepper sauce was so delicious we had to go with the Special that night which was the Sword fish and grits paired with that same red pepper sauce (we shall call it awesome sauce coined by Reed ); although I was leaning towards the Shrimp and Grits because I’ve had them before from Fuse. They are the best grits you will ever put in your mouth. VERY excited to come back soon!

Exceptional venue, lovely staff! We were a lively group, lots of laughter shared with our friends and the management team chimed right in. Presentation of food was delightful and very tasty! Everyone enjoyed their selections. The experience was worth the price!
