Bord27 felt like one of those places you stumble into and immediately want to stay a little longer. The croquette was crisp and comforting, and the beef tartare was beautifully balanced—clean, rich, and surprisingly light. With a cold beer in hand, everything just clicked. But what really made the night was the kindness of the staff: genuinely warm, attentive, and welcoming in a way that makes you feel taken care of without ever being rushed. A small moment of Göteborg that I’ll remember — and I’d gladly return for.

We didn’t have a reservation so waited for the bar seats to open up and had a great time! The server/bar tender was really to chat with. My friend has a gluten allergy and they made sure to go through the ingredients and make sure it was appropriate.

Despite the closed kitchen and the crowded place they managed to give us a place and something to eat. They offered quite some choices of wine. Everything was excellent, best croquetas that I’ve ever tasted and the cheese was perfect!
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting goteborg!

Fantastic evening here. Saw it a couple of years ago but we hadn’t booked in advance and couldn’t get dinner that night. Didn’t repeat the same mistake this time. Great food…really beautiful, excellent wine selection, very friendly staff and a lovely local vibe. Deserves its no1 spot on Tripadvisor. Very much appreciated all of Jespers recommendations

I believe one of the ladies was the owner, she was exceptional – it was the first time we went with our dog to a restaurant and the hospitality really put us at ease. Wonderful restaurant! All of my dishes were excellent! Although the portion of the appetizer was very small! Also, the main dish portion was relatively not big. Nevertheless, they were extremely enjoyable! Also, the restaurant more on the expensive side.
Best of all the very energetic welcoming staff! You will feel as a guest at their home!

Booked last minute surprised they even had a spot as need to book in advance. Food was amazing atmosphere also amazing. Couldn’t fault the service or the food would definitely return.
