We were so impressed by the menu variety and quality of everything we tried here! They were a bit understaffed, so the food and drinks took a while to come out, but we understood. They had a high volume of takeout orders in addition to dine-in, and they were making everything fresh to order (you could see them making it all!). The cafe was decorated nicely, and we liked the vibe. When our food arrived, it was totally worth the wait. All of the dessert options were so decadent, with my personal favorite being the mini pancakes covered in chocolate, and a close second being the cookie butter crepe! It was also our first time trying a croffle, and we thought it was so good. Fun smoothies, shakes, and more. I definitely see us coming back when we’re in downtown New Haven!

The waffles in this café are insanely good. The portions are just right and you can tell they used good quality products and not off brand. (My favorite was the Dubai chocolate) We also tried the lotus milkshake which was nice and smooth, the consistency was lovely. The matcha was not my favorite but overall the food and customer service was great! Not sure if her name was Sandra but she was great, and very welcoming.

Came to Connecticut for a wedding and Bora Bora was nearby and it looked GOOD. I just finished a workout so I wanted something healthy, filling, and had some protein. This place was absolutely perfect for that.
I came in and was immediately greeted with a charming and sweet woman. I was struggling to pick what I wanted, but the worker was so sweet and she helped me decide exactly what I wanted.
I ended up getting a custom smoothie (Strawberries, Kiwi, Apple, Mango, and Strawberry Protein) and it was BANGING. My wife got the sweet sweet acai bowl and the iced caramel macchiato and let me tell you, she was in heaven. we also shared the sweet, sweet açai bowl and oh man this was perfect. I honestly could’ve eaten it all myself with how good it was.
The atmosphere in here also gives strong tropical vibe and it’s a fantastic place to bring a date or just come to hangout.

The food is amazing! The menu is diverse with so many wonderful options to choose from. The service is equally as great and makes you feel welcomed. The prices are very fair and overall this is a must try! My girlfriend and I drove an hour away and it was worth the trip.

I would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for the friendly and caring demeanor of the individual who took our order. They even offered us water as we sat down at the table, which was particularly thoughtful given the warm weather. The food was absolutely delightful. We thoroughly enjoyed the crepe and strawberry cup, along with the ice cream. The portions were generous, and we were unable to finish everything, so we were grateful for the packages to take the remaining food with us. The atmosphere was very pleasant, and the overall experience was filled with positive vibes. We certainly plan to return for more.

Price is little bit higher than my expectations! They have a variety of smoothies and drinks, the coffee price is normal, but the smoothie price is higher. The shop is clean and the staff are nice. The drinks quality is good and overall atmosphere is okay.

Incredible customer service! Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and tasted incredible. I definitely recommend the Dubai chocolate strawberries, the strawberry shakes, and any of the savory sandwiches. Such a perfect spot if you’re craving both sweet and savory options.

Love love love this place! Huge menu. Refreshing fruity options. Great vibe and comfy seats. The touch screen ordering option is also great for how big the menu is.
Iced coffee is also really good.
I have some friendly feedback:
– Music is too loud. Not great for talking to people or for working. Can hear it through soundproof headphones.
– Music playlist is a bit odd. It seems to be top hits from 2014.
– It would be nice to have napkins at tables or at least accessible without having to ask for them.
– Need another trashcan, ideally by the doors. The one by counter isn’t easy to see. Think this is why people keep leaving trash at tables.
