Sam the owner is the sweetest and always wanting to be there for her community. The staff is always super nice too! My repeat food of choice is the wings but they keep adding things to the menu that I’ve gotta try soon. I also had the pleasure of seeing their setup for a funeral luncheon and it was quite the spread! They really do an amazing job.

The reviews here are mostly good. There are a few not so good. Those reviews should be removed because it’s obvious those people are not happy in their lives and just live to complain. Long story, but will try to make it short. Grew up in this little town. All they served was ham sandwiches. When you do something that well, you only need one item. I haven’t been in this place in 30 years. What is Bopp’s today? It’s that neighborhood friendly place where friends go to catch up and the regulars are so happy it’s infectious. I didn’t plan on eating but in chatting with the owner, she told me they made their nachos from scratch, including making fresh chips for each order. I had to get them. When she asked if their homemade salsa was good, I said, no. She apologize until I said, it’s incredible. The entire plate of nachos was as good as I have had anywhere. I travel for work but would trade a 100 dollar steak for that 10 dollar plate of nachos. Why? Attention to detail. In speaking with the owner she cares about every little thing they do there. I few of the reviews said, “the burger was overcooked”. Hey Larry, you know the difference between a medium rare a medium well quarter pound burger? Yeah, if you let it sit 2 minutes it keeps cooking. People make mistakes. Things wont be perfect but give me a place where it’s like the TV show cheers and the owner runs the place like feeding her four kids depends on it and I’ll take that every time even if a burger is medium well instead of medium, I live in Nashville now where the prices are sky high… that’s life… but you are just a number. This place cares. I’ll be back and so should you.

Such a cool, open feel, friendly bar. Plenty tables, couple of slot machines, pretty good menu selection. The food was outstanding! Ordered the chicken Chipotle salad and it was so fresh tasting. The chicken was savory, the DRESSING had a great flavor and the tortilla chips gave it the perfect crunch! The Hawaiian burger had me doing hula hoops! Deff worth a try! I ordered sweet potato fries and they brought them over with a cinnamon/honey type dip. Imagine liquid churro sauce..out of this world! Keep your Chef!!

Terrible customer service. Ordered food from here for carry out and they forgot 3 of the meals, this happens often. The boneless wings were also very undercooked, as were the pickle fries. I called to share I was missing food and was met with disrespect. I contacted the restaurant and the owner offered free food as a resolution. I told her that was not necessary and that I just wanted to make her aware so that it did not happen again. Owner insisted on a resolution of a free meal, when I went to order the free meal she said she was no longer honoring the resolution she offered because she was upset that I had posted on Facebook asking for the owner to contact me. Very disappointing and rude owner. Very bad experience.

Bopps Bar & Grill in Harvard is a must-visit! Their famous ham sandwich truly lives up to the hype – it was absolutely delicious. The fries were also a standout, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. What made the experience even better was our server, Emily, who was incredibly nice and attentive. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Came back for another Black and Blue burger and a root beer on tap.
No root beer.
The burger went up in price and down in quality. Ordered it medium and it was really well done. Hardly any blue cheese compared to last time and the patty seemed smaller. Told the staff about how it was over cooked and she said she would tell the cook.

It’s been a while since the last time I was here. I usually made a stop after getting off from work in Chicago. I believed there’s a new owner of this bar the Menu is in the Now and updated unlike before it only came in a plastic laminate. I am so happy too that their Menu carry some healthy choices and a lot of options to pick!

Had a wonderful time even though we went for the Christmas cookie decorating which was hectic with 5 kids all under 10. The owner Sam and her staff were wonderful and the food was delicious we only got kids meals and appetizers for the adults and everything was great. Will be back when in the area.
