Checked out BOPJO Korean-Mexican Grill at liberty station the other day. They had a line of customers waiting to order which is always a good sign. Ordered their tofu rice bowl originally but was informed that they ran out of tofu after I had already paid. So switched to the Bibimbap (Korean veggie bowl) and the cashier added a few veggie dumplings to balance the price out. I thought this was great customer service and really appreciated it. The bowl had too much rice for me however and the egg was little over cooked. I would like to go back and try other options.

Had the Korean Cali Burrito. The quality of the steak was top tier, the taste was fantastic and the burrito had all the textures on point! The spicy mayo and salsa green verde are a must have with the burrito! Highly recommend, keep up the great job. God bless

This spot stands out amongst its neighbors in this busy marketplace! Large portions, great taste, and outstanding price & service.

I don’t typically like these marketplaces because they’re so packed, and I feel like the prices are unreasonable. Bopjo’s portions & prices leave nothing to be desired. Would highly recommend choosing this as your food spot.

You can be sure one menu item will leave you full and ready for a walk around Liberty Station.

I tried the Spam musubi, but the rice was too mushy — almost like porridge. The kimchi fried rice tasted like it had too much kimchi juice added. Not recommended. For the rice bowl, I think they should provide a spork. The portion of meat felt a bit lacking, though the amount of sauce was perfect.

The experience was great and the food was delicious. I’m not a big fan of traditional Korean bulgogi rice bowl, and I like Bibimbap much better. But this one, I like it a lot, it’s kinda surprised me because they combined a little Mexican flavor into the bowl. I like it half rice and half salad, also the two types of sauces are great. I love the kimchi jalapeño sauce! They also have tons of bulgogi meat on the top!

I have to say it. Food is amazing. Totally love it.
Employees? Early close when everything else is open?
Terrible. Why do they not put up a sign saying they are closed. I can’t tell you how many people I see standing there (like idiots) looking at the menu, waiting for someone to help. And they just hang in the back wearing headphones, doing the dishes, etc. HOW ABOUT A SIGN SAYING YOU’RE CLOSED???

And why the hell do you close early, every evening, up to an hour before everybody else in the Station? I have arrived at 7pm or thereafter a number of times. Bopjo closed. But what really frosts my hide more than anything is how they IGNORE us customers at the desk, waiting for at least someone to tell us you closed early. Again. All it needs is a sign. Stop ignoring us. Terrible employees. It leaves such a bad taste, I don’t even want to go anymore, despite the food being REALLY good.

Phenomenal! I had the Korean BBQ burrito with shredded chicken and it was SO GOOD! The beef bulgogi rice bowl was very tasty. The soy garlic chicken bites were ok. I wish it were a bit more flavor but they were a great snack later that evening after drinking. I went back twice in the same trip!

Bopjo is an interesting twist to Korean food. It can be a little pricey, but isn’t all delicious food? The staff is friendly and they take their time preparing your dish so you know that it’ll come out hot and fresh. Definitely recommend making a stop by here.

One of the places I ate at on 8/29/24 at the Liberty Public Market. Wow, the Seoul Tacos were phenomenal. Went with the 3pc Taco Sampler. Shrimp, Bulgogi Beef and Spicy Pork.

Shrimp Taco w/ Spicy Aioli was solid. Definitely the least plentiful of the three but the Shrimp were cooked just fine and the Taco overall had good flavor.

Bulgogi Beef Taco w/ Spicy Aioli was incredible. Beef had a ton of sweet Korean BBQ flavor and was tender.

Spicy Pork w/ Gochujang was incredible. Not overly spicy so don’t be afraid to try. Great flavor with the Gochujance Sauce and as you can see, loaded with meat.

Was a toss up between the Beef and Pork for Best In Show. Tons of combos you can do with the 6 different types of sauces.

Ordered and got a vibrating disc that went off when ready. Solid service and the atmosphere in the LPM is great. Would 100% recommend.

Writing this review on my boyfriend’s phone, but as a Korean American, Bopjo is the best, fast Korean food I could ask for. The traditional options are so rich and nostalgic in flavor, while the fusion items give everyone something they’re craving no matter their cultural background. Every time I’ve come here, the owner has given me exceptional customer service and made sure I left happy. He clearly cares about his customers, and it speaks volumes. Can’t recommend Bopjo enough!
