I don’t typically like these marketplaces because they’re so packed, and I feel like the prices are unreasonable. Bopjo’s portions & prices leave nothing to be desired. Would highly recommend choosing this as your food spot.
You can be sure one menu item will leave you full and ready for a walk around Liberty Station.
Employees? Early close when everything else is open?
Terrible. Why do they not put up a sign saying they are closed. I can’t tell you how many people I see standing there (like idiots) looking at the menu, waiting for someone to help. And they just hang in the back wearing headphones, doing the dishes, etc. HOW ABOUT A SIGN SAYING YOU’RE CLOSED???
And why the hell do you close early, every evening, up to an hour before everybody else in the Station? I have arrived at 7pm or thereafter a number of times. Bopjo closed. But what really frosts my hide more than anything is how they IGNORE us customers at the desk, waiting for at least someone to tell us you closed early. Again. All it needs is a sign. Stop ignoring us. Terrible employees. It leaves such a bad taste, I don’t even want to go anymore, despite the food being REALLY good.
Shrimp Taco w/ Spicy Aioli was solid. Definitely the least plentiful of the three but the Shrimp were cooked just fine and the Taco overall had good flavor.
Bulgogi Beef Taco w/ Spicy Aioli was incredible. Beef had a ton of sweet Korean BBQ flavor and was tender.
Spicy Pork w/ Gochujang was incredible. Not overly spicy so don’t be afraid to try. Great flavor with the Gochujance Sauce and as you can see, loaded with meat.
Was a toss up between the Beef and Pork for Best In Show. Tons of combos you can do with the 6 different types of sauces.
Ordered and got a vibrating disc that went off when ready. Solid service and the atmosphere in the LPM is great. Would 100% recommend.
